The location of this apartment fit our needs perfectly. The proximity to the Historical Center along with bus and tram stops nearby helped us see lots of different area in Valencia. Although this is a very urban area we felt safe and comfortable walking around. While clean in the sense of clean linens and dishes, this apartment needs a deep clean and some sprucing up. There is mold in the bathroom shower and on the ceiling above the shower. The carpet under the dining table seemed a bit grungy. The bedrooms are bare-bone basic. The spring mattress could benefit from a pad to add some comfort.
The apartment is just a short walk to the main gate into the old city and very close to the beautiful Turia gardens so we were very pleased with location. Nice balcony and spacious comfortable living room. It was relatively quiet although the walls were a little thin (I could hear someone snoring in the next apartment :-D) but the bed was very comfortable.Our only complaint is that the property manager never responded to our request to fix the bathroom sink that was clogged and not usable from the day we moved in. Also, the dishes and placemats need to be replaced (time worn and stained.)We were generally pleased with our stay with these few exceptions.

In a super convenient area so getting around was very easy, close to bus stops and the tram, the property was so clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in a good location with supermarkets close by and a pleasant walk into the old town over the Serranos bridge and through the old gate under the towers. The walk to and from the city can be varied using the Turia gardens and the various access points, we walked from the City of Arts and Science to the Neuvo Centre and Botanic gardens (not all in one journey). Thankfully the apartment was a quiet haven to rest and recover in after a full day pounding the pavements, galleries and museums and we were very comfortable. We slept really well on the very comfortable bed with crisp white bedding and appreciated the fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The kitchen was a well equipped space and we enjoyed cooking some meals with ingredients bought locally.
The description is very accurate but does not convey the really comfortable and homely atmosphere of the apartment or the generous/friendly/helpful hostâs. A great place to stay and one that we can truly recommend.
This apartment is in an ideal location â just outside the bustle of the old town, close to transportation and grocery stores, and an easy walk through the Serrano Gate into the town or along the Turia Park. Comfortable, well-equipped, in a quiet building, Davidâs apartment is just what we were looking for. He is an excellent host, friendly, quick to respond, and knowledgeable about the city. We were here for three weeks â this is highly recommended for a long stay. It came to feel like home - we will definitely be back here on our next trip to Valencia.

The only draw back is that the bedrooms are small. The balcony and the amount of sun coming in to the living room is a big plus. The beautiful eucalyptus tree in front of the balcony gives a good amount of shade and is beautiful to look at.

We had a wonderful time. The only thing was the noise of the other people who lived in this big house. But unfortunately thatâs normal for Spanish housing.
Die Kommunikation mit David und seinem Kollegen war unkompliziert und freundlich. Auch die Lage der Wohnung - der kurze Weg in die Altstadt und die vielen Bistros und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten "vor der HaustĂŒr" - waren super. Leider haben wir ansonsten nichts Positives zu der FeWo mitzuteilen. TatsĂ€chlich ist das Interieur arg in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst an einigen Stellen sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Die Wohnung mĂŒsste nicht nur eine intensive Grundreinigung - vor allem in KĂŒche und Bad - erfahren, sondern auch GerĂ€te wie Wasserkocher, Toaster, Backofenrost, Dunstabzugshaube usw., aber auch BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher einfach mal erneuert werden. AuĂerdem war uns persönlich die direkte Nachbarschaft im Haus zu laut, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, aber das ist Geschmackssache und stört vielleicht nicht jeden. Die wirklich tolle Stadt und die AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung haben uns letztendlich aber entschĂ€digt, sodass es trotzdem ein sehr schöner Urlaub war.
The apartment was in a great location for us. Easy and frequent transport links to where we wanted to get to. The Old Town/Torres de Serrano and Turia Park were for us a pleasant short walk away. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Supermarkets really close too. The apartment was decent with all that was needed for our stay of two weeks. The shower was a bit tricky to work out as it got hot and cold intermittently but eventually we got used to it. We found that the wi-fi signal was strong in the living room but kept dropping off when we were in the bedrooms. Overall we had a very pleasant stay here.
I spent 3 months at this location. It is very well located with he metro to the beach almost across the road and a short distance to Old City entrance.
The building is safe, clean and well maintained. The apartment is as advertised. Neighborhood is friendly and for the most part Spanish speaking only. There are plenty of places to eat or drink and much less costly than the old city.
We stayed for a short break . The apartment was exactly what we wanted. Great location walking distance to the old town and access to transport/ shops / restaurants etc. I read other reviews and the mention of noise from neighbours which there was some but to be honest it didnât bother us too much . You are in a residential block and people have to go to work but we are early risers so we were out from early . We did hear the musical practice I think maybe an oboe or clarinet but it was one hour and we sat on the balcony and watched the world go by . The main things for me are a comfortable bed with nice bed linen . Plenty of nice clean towels and hot water . The kitchen equipment could do with updating ie toaster and kettle .overall a good stay in a great location.
The apartment is well situated only about 10 minutes walk from the start of the old city, but with pastry/bread shop, supermarket and loads of bars and eating places around. Very comfortable living/dining room and great to watch ValĂšncia life go by from the balcony.

My property offers a pleasant airy south facing aspect thus naturally bright (all day long) & surprisingly spacious living/dining room leading on to a charming 'eye of the sun' balcony offering an unusual (for the city centre!) delightful open tree-lined perspective. The modern building being constructed and maintained - full exterior of building facade & internal light-wells cleaned & repainted/repointed - to a very decent standard for S.Spain. Offers unusually for building of this size, dual lifts - most comparable buildings offer just the one! - extra efficiency & reliability - & ramps from street level.
Excellent communications. Just 5/8min direct walk to the C.14 Serranos towers to Carmen (entrance to Historic city) the city's trendiest most International & its most cosmo' quarter. Metro 'Sagunto' 90m offering fast direct, regular beach service - quicker than by car/bus (enroute 50 sets of traffic lights!). 3 A.1 value supermarkets are within 1-4 min direct walk.
'Mains' gas provides unlimited hot water for decent multiple showers unlike 'all-electric' standard apartments - due to Spanish power restrictions - with statutory standard 1.4Kw max immersion's. That'll be one full 8 min shower. Next person will wait & wait.....
