# 1 BR: a un lit queen confortable et un téléviseur à écran plat de 22 "avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau. # 2 br a 2 lits doubles et aussi un téléviseur à écran plat 22 '/ dvd. Les portes séparent les 2 vanités des toilettes et de la douche "Jack n Jill" - un concept intéressant.

La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils - cuisinière / four plat, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, pot d'eau chaude - pour tous les amateurs de thé! Une grille barbecue géniale qui se trouve dans le balcon ... tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là pour cuisiner / servir et dîner sur la salle à manger confortable table en verre ... ..En pas ... Aussi a une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Le salon avec 2 canapés confortables et une grande télévision à écran plat donne sur le balcon, avec une vue magnifique sur la voie navigable et les quais.

RElaxing Vacation

We totally enjoyed our stay! Great location and nice condo with water view. The bathroom set up was a pleasant surprise! My husband and I each had our own vanity in different rooms which was really nice! Condo has a nice floorplan and many amenities. We didn't have any issues and We would stay again. .

The best property that we have rented at MBYC.

This is the 3rd property that we have stayed in at MBYC and was by far the best. The location is fantastic and had an elevated waterview. It has a large balcony to enjoy sitting out during the day and night. The property is well equipped and very clean. Unlike other properties on MBYC this property had plenty of natural light and is a good size. The owners were easily contactable and replied to any questions asked quickly and came to see us on our departure. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Great Location!

Property was clean and as described in the listing. Great location - walking distance to beach, park and splash pad. Also walking distance to grocery stores and CVS. Property was well stocked with beach towels, beach cart, umbrella, chairs and beach toys. Easy and responsive communication with the host. He made sure there was a highchair and pack and play for our 1 year old. We would stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay

Condo was spotless and so quiet, right across from the perfectly heated pool. Loved the water view and the fisherman across the way. We needed nothing - and if we did the grocery store as well as the drugstore was within walking distance. Many restaurants were in walking distance as well as the beach - just such a perfect location. Everyone in the complex was very nice and inviting. Very nice park across the street to play pickleball - an added plus! I will also add that we arrived on Christmas day and this was not a problem at all - thank you!!

Nice condo with a great location

We spent 9 days with our kids in this condo, and are very pleased with our choice. The location was perfect, and we very much enjoyed the beautiful beach and the two pools. The condo was very clean and really well equipped. Only issue was the quite noisy AC close to the balcony. We were not too much bothered, but someone maybe will be. Great view anyway. Communication with owner was easy. We will absolutely recommend this place!

We are glad you had a great experience at our condo in Madeira Beach. Sorry if you felt it was too noisy from the A/C units outside of the balcony. Unfortunately it is out of my control, they placed all 4 joining Condo A/C units in the same area. Let us know if you decide to vacation in this area again.

Great place with many amenities

Very nice, clean condo with everything you could ever want -- hairdryer, beach towels, etc. The owners are extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. The view of the canal is just OK, but then, the price reflects that the condo isn't oceanfront. It's still nice to have some water to see. The refrigerator, which works fine, makes a weird noise regularly, which we got used to in short order. Furniture and bed are very comfy -- moreso than some other places we've stayed in Madeira Beach. The balcony is very nice, and it's a short walk to the beach and to the Winn Dixie, but when we were there visiting relatives in July, it was so ridiculously hot (heat indexes in the 110s) -- even for Florida -- that we mostly stayed inside. The front gate is easy to negotiate. There are 15 steps up to the place -- not an issue for us, but could be for some people. (We didn't bring my mother over to visit because we were worried about her on the steps.) All in all, a very nice place we'd consider renting again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean and well stocked. My teenage son loved the fishing piers. I enjoyed walking the park next to the complex as well. We used the pool one day which was very clean as well. The beach was a short, easy walk. Anytime I needed anything at all Gabe was very quick to respond, which was also much appreciated. The only issue is there was still some hurricane damage on the property which obviously the hosts don’t have any control over as that is on the HOA. It wasn’t anything that would have prevented us from booking here as it was really only the fitness center and some first floor units. While we knew crews were there because we saw them in the parking lot nothing was ever loud or disturbing. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Family vacation 2022

We loved our stay at this property. So convenient to everything we didn't need a car the whole time that we were there other than taking an Uber to the airport. And that was only less than $35 .

The condo was nicely situated in the Madiera beach area on the inlet. Owner was very accessible.

The condo is in good condition, and adequate for the needs of our family. Everything was clean, and well maintained, and we had a nice stay. They had a couple of chairs, a wagon, etc. made getting to the beach easier. And was appreciated. No severe criticisms at all. My only observations are: Not enough basic silverware. With (4) people there could have used more. Could use some updates, washer older and loud, and right by master bedroom. All-in-all, a great stay, nice place, and gracious and responsive owners.

One of the best!

My wife and I travel often. While a little pricey compared to other units in same complex, it was well worth it for location, cleanliness, attention to detail. My only criticism would be that living room furniture was a little old and not very comfortable. The rest was great.

Perfect location; very responsive owner

We love the MBYC. The grounds & amenities (pools) are incredibly well maintained. Walking distance to the beach. This condo has beautiful water views, was extremely clean & comfortable. The owner, Gabriele, was very nice and so easy to communicate with — he responded to every message within minutes. Wonderful vacation!

Winter Getaway

Enjoyable view from terrace, bedroom and living room onto canal to have that waterfront experience while catching the morning sunrises and occasional boat passing by. Short walk to lovely beach, and the bay right at end of property. Low rise buildings allow direct entry to this comfortable condo. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Kitchen well equipped for those that like to cook. Easy communication with owner, unit clean on arrival. We liked the location and had a positive experience to consider returning in the future.

Beautiful Large Condo

We enjoyed the Condo with its 2 bedrooms and plenty of room. The walk in closets and 2 vanities provided a lot storage space. It was great to have the washer and dryer in the unit.The views of the marina from the balcony were beautiful. The sunrises were gorgeous. The queen size bed in one bedroom was very comfortable. We would consider renting the condo again. We stayed here January through February 2018.

good place

Worked really well with Gabe. The location is good - in a nice community, with a club house and two pools. It is about a 10 min. walk to the beach. Madeira Beach is not very touristy, and the beaches are not as crowded as in Clearwater, for example. I highly recommend this place.

Nice condo..would be more stars if more comfortable beds and pillows

Nicely decorated condo. Gabriel was extremely thoughtful, accommodating, and easy to get ahold of. The view off the patio is relaxing overlooking the canal. We just didn't sleep well on the beds. They are extremely firm, as are the pillows. It would have also been nice to have a few more towels since there were 3 of us and only 4 bath towels. Other than that nicely stocked kitchen and nice and clean.

Property is amazing. Quiet, gated community!

This condo was impeccable. The price was right and the owners were super nice and accommodating. Everything was clean and fresh. We enjoyed the marina view out off the balcony, and the quiet nights for getting rest. Rooms were very spacious and new tvs, furniture, and appliances helped make the stay even better. If you and your wife or family are looking for a place to stay, look no further than this condo. Minutes walk away from the beach, you can't beat it!
