Maison de grande valeur avec beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Ce chalet appartient à la même famille depuis des années et a été récemment entièrement rénové. De nouveaux meubles, de la peinture fraîche et un tout nouveau chalet!
Deux chambres avec deux salles de bain complètes chacune avec douche debout avec rebord; pas de baignoire. Ceci est une grande maison familiale! Animaux acceptés avec une cour clôturée. Patio fabuleux et le porche grillagé est comme une autre pièce! Facile à 4 pâtés de maisons de la plage. Le niveau du sol en fait une maison très facile pour nos clients plus âgés à se déplacer.

Stationnement hors rue gratuit pour 2 voitures.
Âge minimum requis: Doit être âgé de 25 ans pour louer cette propriété.

Easy Breezy

We had a lovely stay at the Mermaid Cottages in Tybee. We were blocks from the beach, the small supermarket, and several great places to eat. Communication with the Mermaid Cottages team was very easy and they were incredibly responsive and attentive. They even helped us quickly reunite a little pup with her family when she had gotten loose and we saw her running down the road! We look forward to staying with Mermaid Cottages again the next time we visit Tybee!

Tybee fun!

We love coming to Tybee so when our friends wanted to plan a group trip we found this place near theirs and we're very happy with it. The layout is odd but it didn't bother us at all. Communication from Mermaid Cottages was amazing and fast. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip 2024!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughters and I just finished staying in this wonderful cottage this week. We had the most wonderful time and will definitely come again. The property was just as described, clean and well-maintained. The owner/manager checked on us when we arrived and during our stay. I would recommend this property and this company. There are so many attractions that we enjoyed that it is hard to list them all. We enjoyed the beach every day, rode bikes, watched the sun rise and set. Our favorite place to eat is Bubba Gumbo's and we really enjoyed the local farmers market. We cannot wait to return!

Great spot to bring your furry friends on Tybee

It was a very cool little spot and perfect for bring pets since it's fenced it. Awesome location even without dogs as it's close to some cool restaurants and bars on that side of town.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th stay in a Mermaid Cottage and the 5th different cottage we have rented. Fun in the Sun was one of the best! Great location, good yard for our dogs, and the house was comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the screened in porchand hammock. As always, the management company was easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend using Mermaid Cottages, and in particular Fun in the Sun.

First Vacation at Tybee Island

We had such a fun and relaxing time and don't ever want to go anywhere else. Our cottage Fun In The Sun was perfect. Mittens, our cat was on her very first vacation and loved the screened in porch. We will always use Mermaid Cottages when we visit Tybee Island.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was not clean upon arrival. Contacted the management company. Tammy was extremely responsive and sent someone the next day to clean thoroughly. Tammy was very professional and helpful.The property itself is not in good condition. Needs a lot of fixing up. The layout is odd. The screened porch and yard were nice.

We'll BE BACK

The place was even better than we expected, the customer service polite and prompt and very accessible. LOVED the house.. pretty, lots of great decor details, very comfortable clean beds and furniture, generously stocked kitchen, laundry, & baths, great shower size and water pressure, lots of hot water, our 2 pooches felt very welcomed and considered, yards fun, and of course very nice neighborhood. We were there in July and wished we'd booked longer than our 3 days. There were several very intense thunderstorms that were fun and comfy to observe from a cozy safe inside. My 8 year old granddaughter has already claimed another visit at the exact same house.

Cute and comfy. Layout of bedrooms is a little odd but nothing we couldn’t get used to. Host worked with us nicely regarding check in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was amazing! This is the 2nd time visiting Fun In The Sun. Walking distance to the south beach, the pier and all the shops. Best place to eat Stingrays. Cleaning crew should pay close attention to the living room sofa, it has a very foul odor. Other than that the house was acceptable. The Mermaid staff was a pleasure to work with. We will differently work with them again.
