Charmant cottage de style Art Déco avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain à seulement 50 pas de la célèbre plage d'Hollywood et de la promenade avec des équipements incluant un barbecue sur la propriété et une piscine. Laveuse et sécheuse en unité. Lit King Size en maître, et aussi la deuxième chambre. Les chaises de plage et les serviettes fournis également des draps et des couverts dans la cuisine entièrement équipée. Bungalow complètement indépendant avec place de parking.

Arrivée à 15 heures et départ à 10 heures. Propriétaire est flexible sur les temps, selon la disponibilité de l'unité.

Emplacement absolument fantastique - peut marcher la promenade à tous les restaurants de plage et de divertissement. Aussi Beach Trolley disponible pour le centre-ville de Hollywood shopping et restaurants.

Wi-Fi gratuit et téléviseurs dans les chambres et les espaces de vie. Cinq étoiles recommandations des clients précédents.

Perfect for us.

The owner as very attentive to our needs, when the garbage disposal wouldn’t work causing the sink to back up. It was fixed in a few days, delayed because of the Christmas holiday. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms roomy and perfect. The kitchen was stocked with cooked ware and dishes- way more than what we needed. (However, too many not sharp knives)There were beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. This location is steps from the lovely beach and right beside the Broadwalk. What a great location! The pool was small but adequate. Rent this large cottage with its big dining table and great location.

Great location!

My husband and I recently stayed a week at this location and let me tell you it was amazing! We were less than a two minute walk to lay on the beach. We walked the boardwalk every night that had something exciting going on. The house was absolutely amazing as well. It was equipped with everything you need. Mrs. Janet made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location to everyone. We will definitely go back! ❤️

Great Location!

This is definitely a great location and nice to just walk out the door to the beach or the boardwalk. There were a few items that would have been helpful to have in the kitchen like trash bags, dishwasher detergent and extra paper towels.

As Advertised!

The property was so close to the boardwalk and beach! Property owner was very responsive to texts. Clean, and well equipped from the kitchen to the bed linens. King beds in both bedrooms Very comfortable. Both bathrooms with walk in showers. Beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. The swimming pool was heated and very clean. Will definitely go back in the future.

Hollywood beach house

This property was just what we wanted for a family vacation on Hollywood Beach. The house was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location and we were able to enjoy the pool and the beach. We would definitely stay here again next time we are visiting family in the area.

Hollywood south central property review

Comfortable, well-stocked ( best I’ve seen), very close to beach and restaurants. The washer/dryers in the pool area came in handy, and the pool was a nice place to sit and read in the shade without the sandy mess of the beach.

Great place to stay. Just off the boardwalk and the ocean. Janet was a pleasure to work with and easy to contact. Loved the pool and cleanly of the area and other guest staying st the property very friendly. Will stay there again if able

Appropriately Advertised / Close to Beach

We felt that property was described appropriately. Location was very convenient to the beach. Janet was very nice and responsive. The house is large and has everything for your stay. The linens and towels could have been better quality. House was clean with only issue in the bathrooms where there was hair left in drains and on shower walls. The area itself is not as nice as Fort Lauderdale, St Pete’s beach and the restaurants/ bars on boardwalk were average.

Great location!

We had a bit of a snafu checking in, but Janet took care of it very quickly and after that the stay was perfect. You can not beat this location. If this cottage is available, do not pass it up. We had four adults staying and was very comfortable. One item is that the listing says the second bedroom has twin beds, but it is a queen or a king bed. I would definitely stay again!

A cozy beach cottage close to the beach

My husband and I, along with my sister and brother-in-law rented Janet’s home for a week and enjoyed our stay very much. You can’t beat the location and the home was clean with all the amenities we needed.

Exactly as advertised. Great location!

Janet was excellent in communication about check in and out and the house was beautiful inside and exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for 4 people and very close to the Broadwalk just 100ft from the beach. The house was clean and we would stay here again! Highly reccomend.

Fabulous!!!

The property is less than 1/2 block to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The unit is large & spacious, comfy furniture, great beds & pillows. The a/c is ice cold- mandatory in South Florida. Windows are sealed well, so no humidity seeps in. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of dining spaces. All the beach stuff you need; chairs, pool toys, towels etc. the swimming pool is nice, and has a shady sitting area. There is a beautiful bbq area, and the entire property is well maintained. I will definitely contact Janet on my next trip to Hollywood Beach. Loved the place. 😊

Great Vacation

We stayed at Janet's house the week after Christmas and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 teens and Janet made an extra "room" with a great blow up bed for our daughter. The house had everything we needed ( except pepper, which was no big deal at all ). The pool is right out the backdoor and is heated, which we really enjoyed. The beach is so close, it's no big deal if you forget something you can just pop back to the house and get forgotten items, perfect location. We showed up early and Janet let us check in right after they finished cleaning. Janet also referred us to a few restaurants'...Le Tub was so much fun, the food takes forever, but it was great to sit and have a drink and watch the boats. Hopefully we have the chance to stay at Janet's again, it was great!

Good with some cleanliness issues

Pros: - Location: it was right across from the beach and great location on the Broadwalk. The house is kind of on the edge of most of the shops/restaurants. It's a quick walk to the heart of it all without being right in the middle of the madness (down by Margaritaville it was really busy and crowded, so I preferred to be a little removed from all of that). - The owner was very nice. We stayed over Christmas and she left treats for our kids and was helpful with recommendations on places to eat. - Pool was a nice amenity and was heated, which was extra nice because we had some chilly days that were too cold for the beach but we could still use the pool. - The rental had some things available for use which were nice not to have to buy. Things like beach towels, foil, cooking oil, etc. Cons: - The property is in need of a deep clean. It appeared clean enough upon check-in, but on the first day, our kids' feet were dirty on the bottom from walking around barefoot in the house which tells me it wasn't mopped, at least not thoroughly. Then we discovered mouse droppings in the cabinets and drawers, and roaches in the kitchen. We didn't leave food or messes out or have excess trash to cause any bug issues. While it was nice to have some essentials left in the property for use, it could stand to be rid of things like extra leftover food in cabinets or extra clutter to maybe cut down on the bug/mouse issues. - The key situation is not ideal. The key to get in was left in a lock box and it was easy enough to get checked in, but the front door lock and deadbolt, side door, pool key, and back door lock and deadbolt all have different keys. There is a key holder in the kitchen that held all of these keys and then some on different key chains and most weren't labeled. Some went to the doors, some didn't unlock anything, so it was a lot of trial and error to figure out what keys went to what and then remember which ones were needed to use. Not a huge complaint, but kind of a hassle and it'd be easy to just eliminate the keys that don't lock anything and label the ones that are needed for use. Overall our stay was ok. It's really the cleanliness issues that make it to where I wouldn't rent this property again, but that is easily fixable if the owner addresses it. Location is perfect and Hollywood Beach was really enjoyable.

Vacation in December

First time renting at Hollywood Beach, Fl wanted to be near beach and Janet's house exactly met are needs for 2 bedrooms and parking. The house is nicely done, bedrooms are nice size with King beds, nice bathrooms. Kitchen, living room all nicely done. We were very happy with our stay, Janet is an excellent host and communicated with us during our stay. I would be happy to rent from her again.
