Notre belle et très confortable villa est située dans le très prestigieux South Dalton Ranch à Durango, Colorado. Notre villa est une maison très propre et fonctionnelle sur le 3ème fairway du Dalton Ranch Golf Course. Il dispose de nombreux équipements, dont un très beau bain à remous pour 8 personnes dans un cadre privé donnant sur le parcours de golf. Un barbecue en plein air sur le pont le rend idéal pour les réunions et les divertissements familiaux ou sociaux. Le wifi est également dans la maison. La télévision par câble avec toutes les principales chaînes sportives et d'actualités est disponible! Magnifique maison dans un endroit génial !!

Amusez-vous bien pendant que vous visitez Beautiful Durango :)

La chambre Links est la chambre principale et est située au rez-de-chaussée. Il a un très grand lit californien très confortable ainsi que de nombreux placards et tiroirs! La salle de bain Links a une très belle baignoire avec douche à vapeur séparée et double vasques et une commode fermée privée! Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans la salle de bain principale.

La chambre Dalton a un lit Queen avec une 1/2 salle de bain à côté et est située au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre Dalton a sa propre entrée privée de l'extérieur. Il y a une très belle Armoire Antique pour ranger vos vêtements! Un ventilateur de plafond est une belle commodité dans la chambre Dalton :)

La chambre Trimble a un lit queen et un futon avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Une commode est située dans la chambre Trimble ainsi qu'une lampe de chevet!

La chambre Cascade a un lit double et un lit simple idéal pour 3 enfants ou 2 adultes simples. Les chambres Trimble et Cascade partagent une salle de bain complète avec douche et baignoire et sont situées à l'étage!

Notre maison est livrée avec une cuisine moderne qui dispose d'un four double + micro-ondes intégré idéal pour cuisiner ces repas de vacances en famille. Une très belle et grande table de salle à manger formelle pouvant accueillir 12 personnes ainsi qu'un bar à petit-déjeuner dans la cuisine pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. La cuisine contient un lave-vaisselle, un compacteur de déchets et une cuisinière à gaz Beaucoup d'espace de rangement et ne vous inquiétez pas de vous heurter dans la cuisine car c'est une très belle taille :)

Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures avec un ouvre-porte de garage qui ouvre l'une ou l'autre porte. Ce garage gardera les véhicules bien au sec et hors de l'allée et de la neige en hiver :) Il y a beaucoup de place pour 2 autres véhicules sur le tablier à l'extérieur du garage pour 2 voitures. Le Patio est bien situé sur le 3ème fairway du Dalton Ranch Golf Course.

Notre Villa est très privée dans son emplacement situé au bout d'un cul de sac. Fantastique maison pour se divertir !!

Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans sa propre buanderie séparée près de l'entrée du garage.
Le fer est dans la salle de laveuse / sécheuse.

Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au terrain de golf, à l'épicerie gastronomique PJ et au restaurant Dalton Ranch. Trimble Hot Springs est à 2 minutes en voiture de la villa :) Avec toutes les commodités de la maison et à proximité, vous adorerez vos vacances dans notre Durango CO Golf & Ski Villa. Purgatory Ski Area aka Durango Mountain Resort se trouve à 25 minutes en voiture de la Villa. Durango Parks and Recreation Center est à 4 1/2 miles et offre une piscine olympique, un toboggan aquatique majeur et des installations d'entraînement! Terrible Experience

The property was poorly kept and maintained. Doors didn’t lock, screens were torn and inoperable. With temperatures in the high 80s to low nineties cooling was required. There was a portable EVAP cooler but it was not hooked to a water supply requiring the tenants to refill it manually with a pitcher ever 2-3 hours. The second week the hot tub sprung a leak. A repairman did come out eventually and fix it. Discovered a large hornet nest near the hot tub. Fortunately no one was stung and the nest was removed by an experienced beekeeper. The master bed frame’s middle support legs were broken or misaligned. Renter had to take mattress off and reset legs to make the bed functional again. The refrigerator would not dispense ice or water. At one time stopped making ice but tenant clean supply tubes and got the icemaker to work again but no dispensing. The VRBO advertised view of the 3rd green of the Dalton Ranch golf course is a ruse and borders on malpractice advertising. There is no view as the area is overgrown with tree branches and thick, uncut bushes. Due to the experience we shorten our stay by 4 days. The owner compensated us 2 days for all our troubles. Don’t recommend this property to anyone. The owner’s onsite property manager was a nice guy but not helpful in solving the problems experienced, in fact he told us that cleaning the patio was useless since the wind and the cottonwood seeds would just mess it up again. We had a wonderful stay. The house was large enough for our family of 12 which included grandparents down to toddlers! The nice large kitchen was a good gathering place. We did cook most meals at home. We enjoyed the great room and warm fireplace as it snowed o e day!

Beautiful home on golf course and close to everything in Durango!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and replied to my questions quickly. We were close to Purgatory and everything downtown Durango. We had an amazing time!

This property is exactly as it appears on the listing. No surprises! The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and VERY easy to work with. The beds were comfortable and the home is pretty spacious. I would recommend to friends and family!

The house was very well laid out. All amenities were as stated. House had just been cleaned. Excellent location and easy to get into and out of. One problem was that in the upstairs portion, only the top half of any of the outlets worked. This was somewhat inconvenient. It meant that we had chargers everywhere for the phones and what-not. Other than that, it was great.

Wedding week in Durango

This property was perfect for our family. Grandparents down to grandchildren, it was very comfortable. We found it not only beautiful, the neighborhood was gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. Nice house in a clean neighborhood

House was clean and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities as described and the use of the 2 car garage was great, we were able to park our Harley’s out of the weather and not worry about them overnight. Would gladly stay at this residence again.

Wonderful, spacious, clean

Ron's home was perfect for our large family, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 3 couches in living room, large dining room table fit us all. Location was the best, right across from the Hot Springs, in-between town and ski basin. Hot tub was a nice bonus! Only small comments, No complaints, some pans in kitchen needed to be just thrown out and we ran out of forks at every meal. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that needed attention. Not enough towels for everyone. Everything was heavily used and wore out. Coaches, pots, pans, etc. TV’s need to be upgraded, they were small and older.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was as listed with all the amenities needed to make everything easy. The location is about half way between Durango and Purgatory right on the golf course. The neighborhood was very quiet w/ hardly any traffic. The kids enjoyed sledding down the hills on the golf course. Gas fireplace and hot tub were awesome. We had a fantastic time.

Harry's Funeral

We couldn't find extra towels at first, but after rereading the instructions left, we found them and there were plenty. The location was ideal. We were there for a funeral for our uncle, and he had lived right next door, and our cousins both lived in the neighborhood. Our only complaint was that it could have been cleaner.

Amazing Location and Lots of Space, Not Maintained Well Though

This home's location is absolutely wonderful....quiet, gorgeous neighborhood and very private even though it's on a golf course... the home is spacious and had plenty of room for our large group of family that stayed there! The BBQ grill and hot tub were a nice added bonus. The only drawback is that the home is not well maintained at all. MANY things were not working or were taped together....leaky faucets, baseboards and doorways needed painting, carpet and door handles and screens were in disrepair, the home was not stocked well at all... every cabinet had random things and broken pieces of things in them.... almost like no one maintains this home. It was not "dirty", in fact it was clean! Just in sad shape. The beds were VERY tough to sleep in.... the master bedroom bed was the only comfortable one. No one else slept well in any of the other beds.... So overall, we had mixed feelings about this home.

My wife's name is Felicia and is from Great Britain. We have 3 Children. Sebastian (not in photo) lives in Mission Viejo, California. Pariss, our daughter, is currently in her 4th year of Medical School at Rocky Vista University. Pariss is married to Tyler D'Spain. They reside in Denver. Tristan (with the sunglasses on his head) is our youngest child and just graduated from Valor Christian High School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. My wife and I currently live in Sedalia, Colorado.
