A perfect place to stay.

My friends and I were more than satisfied by the villa and the way it was prepared and organised. Everything is thought in details. Of course we couldn't forget the kindness am attention of Enikö, a fantastic host who took care of everything. I can only recommend the place and Enikö's contact.

Great stay in Budapest at Christmas!

A group of 9 decided to rent the Villa for Christmas, it was perfect! The house is exactly as it looks in the photos/video. The owners were very easy to work with and the set up of the house convenient! We used the shuttle a few times, which was also nice! There's a small Tesco around the corner, which was perfect for our needs. We had the owners cook for us twice, both times were outstanding!! The house is definitely kid friendly, but also set up very nicely for couples! We would definitely recommend a stay at the Villa!

Luxury Villa Budapest

High-quality house, everything was fine. Nothing to complain about, we're very satisfied! I highly recommend this property for a friend or relative. One wish though, the pool table would fit nicely to the room in mid-floor... :)

Amazing house with outstanding customer service!

This house was beyond our highest expectations! It had everything we hoped for - plus more! Despite the weather being cloudy and rainy we had an excellent time since there was so much to do in the house. The owner and her family were extremely helpful in making sure our stay was as best as we wished. We were a group of 8 people with small kids and there was something for everyone in the house. Toys, books, games - even a ping-pong table. The house was very clean and very well taken care of. We had the best of time and hope to come back soon again!

A really special thing to enjoy holidays

We were a group of 11 person. This property is a special way to enjoy. We felt like at home but with features like a hotel. The cocktail evening was good organized and the meals from the cooking chef were delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We were very surprised to miss nothing. The equipment was very generous. Thanks a lot to the owners. They spent a lot of time for us and helped us in personal problems. We are looking forward to stay again in this special villa with amazing view.

Home Away From Home

My group and I had a wonderful experience here. The kids enjoyed that fact that they could swim any time of the day or night. The grounds were beautiful as some of us would take a daily walk around. We had the chef prepare us a wonderful Hungarian dinner which was delicious. Every aspect of the house was to everyone’s liking. Our host was great. Anytime I contacted her she responded immediately. I can say my group had a great time. One of the kids in our group asked if we could all come back to the “mansion” (that’s what he called it) for his 9th birthday. So I guess the group will be returning to the villa in 2 years. 👍

Sziget Festival Stay

We were a group of 5 families, 20 in total with ages ranging from 13 - 18 with 10 adults. The house is located in a very quiet residential area and has stunning views across the city from the front of the property. Although quite remote from the city centre the taxi services in Budapest are excellent and as such this was never an issue. The house is very well provided before and there is more than ample space for large groups to be together or indeed find your own space. The swimming pool and hot tub were certainly big hits with our kids and kept them entertained when we weren't at the festival or looking round the stunning city of Budapest. Would highly recommend the Hungarian BBQ that the hosts can provide, we had that on our last night and it was fantastic. All our group had a tremendous holiday and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property.

Amazing House in Suburbs!

We came to this property as a company offsite (12 people) and this house was perfect! Enough space, restrooms, kitchen supplies and fridge space. Amazing pool area!! The yard was so beautiful and the view - the pictures don’t do it justice!! The ONLY thing we didn’t necessarily love was the maintenance man/owners being on property every day. Felt a bit of lacking trust or privacy. We also had an issue with the maintenance man walking in on someone showering. So next time, maybe a heads up someone is coming/will be in the house :) it is also about a 30-minute drive to downtown. So plan accordingly! but otherwise, totally recommend!! The homeowners replied so fast and were so helpful!

According to them, they were inside the house on this occasion during your stay, they didn't open to anyone while he/she were taking a shower, so we don't understand the problem. Birthday Celebrations

I rented rented Eniko's villa two weekends in a row at the end of May 2012 and we all had an absolutely fantastic time!! There were ten guests both times and every single person loved the accommodation and everything Eniko and her family offer as well! Her husband is a fantastic chef and as well as coming in and cooking an amazing hot breakfast for us on three occasions, he also put on a wonderful 30th birthday dinner for us, which I would highly recommend! The views from the bedroom and terrace balcony over the whole of Budapest are one of the things about the villa. Eniko and her family could not be better hosts, helping with everything from a run to the shops to airport transfers and taxi's and even making sure there were cold beer sin the fridge on arrival!! I can't think of a more perfect place for a family holiday or a group get away and have already been telling all my family friends! Book a stay a Eniko's villa and I promise you will not regret it! Idéal pour séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Merci à Sánta Eniko pour nos échanges avant notre arrivée, à Zita pour la qualité de son accueil. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'aménagement de la maison, la vue de la terrasse et des balcons, la situation géographique (20 minutes en voiture de Budapest) et l'espace piscine qui a régalé les petits comme les grands. La cuisine était bien aménagée et équipée, Encore merci pour tout.

Family trip

Our trip to Budapest was nothing short of amazing and the villa was wonderful! Property manager was so helpful and the meals prepared by the chef were excellent!! The only problem with this trip was that we did not stay long enough, the city is beautiful and has so much to offer, can't wait to go back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Perfect Villa

The property is even better than it looks in the photos. We had a lovely weekend away and Zita was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and are working out when we can return!

Superb Stay

This villa has everything you will need to a fantastic stay within 20 minutes taxi to city. Facilities are very special, spacious and of very high spec to spend really enjoyable time. We were a group of 13 guys celebrating a stag weekend for 3 nights and would highly recommend to order the Breakfast & Grill Party cooked personally. Eniko & Daughter are exceptional hosts with a special family home now a glorious B&B and communicate promptly during the booking process. If I was to return with family I would stay here without a doubt. Thankyou so much Santa family!

Stag doo 2016

I took a group away to celebrate my mates stag doo. We took a total number of 17 people and were amazed at the quality of the villa. So much so we didn't even both going out on the Friday. The villa is superb and facilities are outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone to go there, I will be returning next year for sure.

Fantastic!

This villa is amazing! We visited with 16 people for 1 week for a hen party. The view is phenomenal and the pictures do not do the property justice. The Owner is so friendly and helpful. The services they offer are amazing, in particular I recommend the grill party the food was incredible. We also used the cocktail party service which is fantastic value for money! The bar staff were so friendly. A little out of the city but with great minibus services on offer that was not an issue and the distance is worth it for this property. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Villa

Great villa and helpful staff from the get-go. From booking almost 1 year ago, Eniko has been incredibly helpful. Never leaving it more then a few hours to reply to an inquiry. The family were helpful in all aspects, arranging airport transfers, helping us with our tesco home delivery, including being there to receive it and store it. The villa came with all amenities, including towels, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The beds were comfy and the pool room was an added bonus! On our first evening we had a grill party, cooked by Enikos husband, we all agreed it was some of the best food we had ever had! The mini-bus service with Gabor was excellent, as we were a group of 14, it was a cheap way to get to and from the city. When the mini-bus was not available, Eniko was kind enough to call us private taxis. No words can describe the view from the villa. I would recommend anyone to use this villa, I will definitely be going back!

Just perfect

Everything is like it says in the description: The pool is clean, the rooms are tidy and cosy and the view is stunning! Go there...you won't regret it.

Amazing place

Amazing place to stay for a long weekend with friends in Budapest. House catered for all needs and we all especially enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Eniko and her husband helped with all needs and cooked a fantastic meal for us one evening. House slightly out of town but means has big grounds and garden and eniko helped with arranging good cheap taxis into the city centre. Would definitely go back to this house. Thanks

beautiful villa and amazing customer service!!

the villa we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, we had so much fun in the pool and hot tub! we are all really eager to visit again! the rooms were perfect size for us all and the living room was lovely. the owner of the villa was so helpful from the day we booked, helping to arrange extra activites, aranging airport transfer and taxis and even buying me champagne and a teddy bear for my birthday. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone, you will have the best time thank you xxxxx

Amazing! Made our trip perfect

The property was brilliant! Perfect for our large group, whilst remaining homely! It's in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. Everything was immaculate and all the facilities were great especially the pool! Our hosts were amazing, they were very welcoming and made our stay special. Extremely helpful in the months leading up to our stay, organising airport transport and having essential food and drink items ready for us on arrival. I would definitely go back again and recommend anyone to stay there!!!
