Best trip yet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. The cleanliness excellent. We arrived early at our condo and I contacted surfmaster and they told me as long as the room was cleaned and was checked by a supervisor we would be able to get in early. We waited maybe an hour which I didn't think was bad. The only thing I thought could be done is maybe out by the pool, They could put up one or two umbrellas to sit under. Hot tub is great. Kitchen appliances well stocked.Surfmaster is one of the best condos on the beach. Our weather couldn't have been any better this year. No rain. I did rent umbrella and chairs for 5 days which I thought was a little pricey but worth it.

Wonderful condo! Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the week of July 25 in unit 103 and it was just wonderful. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. You have to walk down to the parking garage to get to the beach but that was fine once we figured it out. The condo was well appointed and comfortable and we would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. There’s some cosmetic maintenance needed in the condo but we managed fine. Our biggest problem, there is only one ramp for the beach and it was at the end of the other building we were in. A wrap for each building is needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo complex is nice. I didn't like getting written warnings on our doors for trivial stuff. Some of the stuff that the notes were written for did not pertain to our room. The room was outdated, with many things that took up too much space that did not need to be there. But if that is the worst thing that can happen on vacation, so be it. I would stay here again but in a more updated room with less clutter.

The condo was lovely and had all the accommodations we needed. The only downside is that the balcony doors were very hard to open, but nothing a little grease couldn't fix.

The only bad thing about the week was a guest at the property, a Mr. Owens and I use the term Mr. loosley. he was rude cursing and told everyone that he had rented beach chairs and no one could be between him and the ocean he cursed and called people names he was loud and obnoxious at the pool HE WAS THE ONLY REASON WE WOULD NOT GO BACK IF I KNEW HE WOULD BE ON THE PROPERTY.

The location was ideal for us and enjoyed coffee on the balcony with the views every morning. We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaint was being spit on by kids on another floor. We knew exactly where it came from but when it was reported to management, the issue was not resolved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo, view, pool, weather and tours were beautiful! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were a bit cramped but manageable. The TVs and remotes could use an upgrade. Within two hours of our arrival our original condo became unavailable due to maintenance issues, but within minutes of letting us know, we were given a alternative spot that was equal to or a slight upgrade, which we really appreciated!

Unit 103 - Fall 2020

Reviewer Comments: We had a good time - the beds could use new mattresses and the bathroom for the master bedroom was very tiny - the sink and make up area was ok but the toilet and bathroom area was very cramped. The tub almost made you think it was going to fall in with the noises it made.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garden City never disappoints. We love the Surfmaster property. Family of 9 and we were for the most part very comfortable. The condo really needs updating. Overall it was fine, but way too much furniture and and decor is very outdated. I wasn't there for decor but with all the furniture in there and the old patio chairs....We had a great location though..I would love to rent again, but...there are much nicer ones with a better feeling inside and on the patio. I did love everything about Garden city
