À l’intérieur, nous avons eu une métamorphose magnifique en 2016 afin de refléter notre personnalité après l’achat de la maison. Nouvelles photos téléchargées pour montrer le rafraîchissement et notre amour pour la vie à la plage.

5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain maison avec une piscine communautaire, une jetée et un belvédère. À quelques pas de la plage. Maison neuve avec toutes les commodités! Aller à la plage par jour et les poissons dans la lagune toute la nuit!
Parking couvert sous la maison. Table de pique-nique, barbecue, micro-ondes et une cuisinière. Laveuse / sécheuse. Wifi et télévision par câble.
Juste une merveilleuse famille espace convivial! Courte distance en voiture parc aquatique, des restaurants et des activités!

Great place’

Compass Rose was an excellent play to stay near the beach. The house was spacious and met all of our needs. This place is very roomy! Loved it and will come again if I had the opportunity!

Loved the location with easy access to beach, pool and lagoon. House was nicely furnished with kitchenware which allowed for us to cook at the house. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely Gulf Shores adventure!

We enjoyed the property with all of its wonderful amenities and location! Having a pool and beach access were a plus!! The owner , Amy , was very responsive and available to answer questions. We all enjoyed our stay at Compass Rose !

Great multiple family vacation

The Compass Rose was absolutely perfect for our family/friends vacation. It was spacious enough with 5 teens and 6 adults. Just a short walk to the beach. And the fishing dock was perfect for the guys at night fishing in the lagoon and putting a fishing kayak also. Would definitely stay here again. Homeowner very quick to respond and friendly. Our very large family was served perfectly by the Compass Rose. Casual comfort, convenient location to the beach, and bedrooms for everybody. We have nothing but compliments about our stay. Feel very confident about booking the Compass Rose.

Family fun

Our stay was wonderful And the house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed even a pack and play. We had a 3 1/2 week old baby with us. It was one the best vacation that our family has had nine adults and three children and one infant. we will most definitely stay there again. It was close to everything. We had a pool and a fishing Pier on the lagoon side and the beach was in front of us. It was just a wonderful stay We had everything we needed. Thanks to Matt and Amy.

Birthday Trip to Gulf Shore

We had a great time at the Compass Rose. The house was a good size for our group and location was perfect. Entire family enjoyed the beach and the pool. There were many beach toys and nice new beach chairs. Everything worked except tv remotes but put in new batteries and all was good. Was our first house rental and will not be our last. Great to have all the family together in one place. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Amazing Stay

Loved the entire week! We had 12 people from ages 4 to 75! Plenty of room to spread out, lots of bathrooms, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and dock, easy beach access. Amy was a dream. We had other family members who rented house 3. A trip of a lifetime!

Family Vacation

Took our kids and grandkids 14 people in all. The house was just as described. Great location across the street from the beach and a shared swiming pool. Everyone enjoyed both. Went fishing off the pier very peaceful. Would recommend this property to everyone. Would stay here again. Thank you for shareing your beach house with us.

We had friends with their kids from Texas all stay together at this house. 11 total and there was still plenty of room. Great location and views of beach and lagoon. Owners are great very helpful and went out of their way. Our families made memories that will last forever. Definitely recommend and would come back.

Our first family Trip with my husbands side of the family was definitely one to remember. Location was awesome, even though the sign was a little hard to see on the turn initially, but we got the landmarks after the fiest day. Owners were very easy to contact and prompt with replies, they supplied ample beach chairs/toys and towels. Some little things around the home need some handiwork but nothing major. Not as many replacement essentials that we have been accostomed to but plenty of stores to shop and replace. We would definitely come back. fieat

Our group, ranging from 8 months to 63 years old, stayed at the Compass Rose for a return visit. The location and layout of the house are hard to beat in Gulf Shores. The value and proximity to the beach and lagoon are perfect. Just far enough away from town that it feels a little less busy. The owners are responsive and accommodating. Our group’s only complaint is that the house could use some cosmetic updating such as furniture and fixtures. Everything seemed the same since we last stayed in 2018 and is showing quite a bit of wear. All very minor things, but we still give the rental 5 stars!

Best of Bay and Beach

Although the home sits on the bay side of the road the beach is easily accessible. There were extra beach chairs and umbrella available. We didn't use the grill since it was charcoal. It was wonderful to have the private pool and pier available for our use. The home was spacious and well equipped. All the large rooms with King beds and bathrooms were great for our group with multiple families. We were impressed to find a crock pot and griddle in addition to all the other kitchen utencils. The kitchen was well stocked. The home had a stroller and pack and play for young children. The extra stroller came in handy when we went to Mobile via Ferry to the USS Battleship Alabama. We were able to witness sea turtles hatching and laying eggs. We all had a great time and would love to come back!

Hi friends! We are the Pater Family! We reside in Tennesse but make frequent trips down to the beach! we love this location so much that we just had to buy a house there! We hope you love it too :)

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are only steps from the beach here at Sunwatch Cottages which is perfect when you have kids and stuff to tote along! The pool is wonderful and the pier into the lagoon makes for wonderful crabbing and fishing.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our house had a gorgeous makeover in 2016 to reflect our personality after purchasing it. This being a 5 bedroom, newly built home makes it great for holding large family vacations. We have ample bed space, with bunk beds in the kids room and queen size beds in most of the guest rooms. Full size refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer along with a washer/ dryer. Picnic table and grill under the house.
