Luxueux 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement situé dans l'exclusif gated rivière Strand Golf & Country Club a été meublé à un haut niveau donnant sur un estuaire, terrain de golf et de préserver couplé avec le mobilier d'exception rend notre condo extrêmement souhaitable.

* Le bien nommé manger dans la cuisine avec de riches armoires en bois, comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable est un plaisir de cuisiner dans.

* La table de salle à manger assis confortablement 6, la zone de séjour est relaxant, chaleureux et accueillant, avec des vues spectaculaires et un grand téléviseur et lecteur DVD à écran plat avec chaînes du câble line-up.

* Grand maître suite avec lit king, 2 dressings, télévision à écran plat et beau 3 pièces salle de bains.

* Spacieuse chambre d'hôtes avec lit queen, télévision à écran plat et d'un grand bain de 3 pièces.

Rondelle séparée et sécheuse dans l'unité.

Juste à côté de la salle de séjour est un moment de détente grande moustiquaire véranda balcon avec une vue magnifique sur le parcours de golf et de l'eau. Amazing place

It is an absolute gem. The property is perfectly located and has everything you need. You have beautiful view on the golf course and amazing sunset. The property is very quiet and offers a ton of activities if you take the membership that gives you access to the club, including the golf course where you will still have fee to pay to play.

January get away, was Awesome!

It was a great month wish it could of been two, place was very clean had everything we needed to make it a good time the exercise machines, yoga classes, heated swimming area and the golf course was in better shape than any I've played on maybe just a bit harder than needed for the average senior golfer but GREAT shape. Would love to do it again. Gary

Relaxing Stay

The condo is exactly as the pictures show and the view was more relaxing then expected. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted, there are 2 Publix grocery stores within 10 minutes and don't miss stopping at one of the fresh fish markets in Cortez. We took advantage of the local pool, 5 min walk for swimming laps every day. There were rarely more than a couple other people there when we were there mid-day. Thank you Nanci for being a great host, sharing your condo and all of your assistance.

Fabulous vacation spot

This is one of the most well equipped homes we have ever stayed in. Everything about it was top notch. The host was extraordinarily responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning and she had a technician there in less than a half an hour. Unbelievable! The lanai has a beautiful view of a lake tbat is filled with the sounds of a variety of beautiful birds. Very relaxing We would highly recommend this condo as a vacation spot.

Impeccably maintained and decorated to feel like home. The best part is thekindness of the owners!

This is our second year staying at Nanci & Brian's lovely condo with a great view, well equipped kitchen and CLEAN!! We will be back again, if at all possible. The owners go to great lengths to assure your stay feels just like home. No request is too small, no problem goes unattended, and their warm kindness makes them feel more like friends than 2 people running a rental business. We don't golf, but our golfing friends in the area claim this as one of their favorite courses. HIGHLY recommend, just so long as they don't get so booked up that we can't get a reservation! Thanks for another great stay.

Very nice property!

My husband and I spent the month of January 2016 at this condo and really enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location to golf, play tennis, take long walks or just relax. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to prepare meals. The owners were excellent to deal with. After we were there a few days, they contacted us to make sure there were no issues and provided their contact information should we need to reach them. They had left detailed instructions to guide us during our stay which was very handy. Thank you Nanci!

Lovely, clean, comfortable condo with GREAT owners!

We enjoyed every day of our month in this very nicely maintained condo unit. Fully-equipped kitchen, which is such a pleasure. We cook a lot. Relaxing back porch where you can watch the wildlife and the golfers. We had lots of guests over and it was so homey, you really felt almost like you were at home. Stayed in a lot of places in Bradenton, since we live in WA state, and can't really bring much on the plane, and it's so nice to stay in a place that's as clean as a whistle and cozy (not small!). Can't say enough about how accommodating the owners were. The BEST! Thanks for that.

Wonderful vacation home!

During our recent trip to Bradenton for a baseball tournament at Pirate City, we decided to rent this home rather than stay in a tiny hotel room. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the grounds are secure and lovely! It has more closets than my own home! Everything needed for a relaxing time was provided. It was so nice to be able to purchase groceries and prepare meals at home when we wanted. The patio was peaceful (there is a lovely set of patio furniture, not pictured) and it has a beautiful view of the golf course and pond. The location was perfect - close to everything, shopping, restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to Pirate City. Nanci was very pleasant, quick to respond to my emails, and was extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to rent this home again!

As Good As It Gets

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property in River Strand. Nanci and her husband were delightful to work with and very responsive. You can tell they take great pride in their home. It was stocked with anything you can imagine needing for an extended stay. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen as well as going to local restaurants that were seating outside. The view of the pond and array of crazy birds ( and 2 alligators) offered tons of enjoyment from the lanai. The pools and golf are also great. Don’t hesitate to book this darling condo. It’s as good as it gets!

Nice, cozy and welcoming condo!

My husband and I just recently sold our house and needed a place to stay with our overly active 5 year old son until we could close on the purchase of our new home. Nancy and Brian were very welcoming, they thought of every single detail to make sure guests feel at home. From the "Welcome Binder" to the smallest details of having some groceries available for our consumption, this made our very stressful move so much easier and pleasant. We highly recommend this condo to anyone that is looking to enjoy a nice getaway, or even someone that just wants a change in scenery and pace.

Looking good as always!

Another great stay!

This was our second stay in this condo. It truly has everything you need to feel at home. No need to bring anything, it's all there. Nanci and Brian are excellent to deal with. What can one say about a beautiful, relaxing condo in a fabulous community. This is our second year at the condo, and enjoyed every minute. So many things to do in the community, and in the area. Walking, the gym, golf, shopping, restaurants, are all within reach and are fabulous. Not to mention the owners, Brian and Nanci, who are fabulous. They pay attention to every detail, and it was a very comfortable 2 months! We will be back for year three!

Paradise

What a wonderful condo, beautifully furnished and immaculate. The view is spectacular, Happy Hour on the Lanai watching Alligators, Birds, and many other forms of wildlife. We enjoyed every moment. River Strand is a beautiful neighbourhood and the Clubhouse and Pool area were terrific. Thank you Nanci and Brian, our plan is to be back next year. Enjoy! Kerry and Bob

What a wonderful experience!

We were very fortunate to be able to rent this condo for two months this year. All of the previous reviews express our feelings as well. River Strand is a beautiful area. You can be as busy or relaxed as you want. You don't have to go far outside the community for excellent shopping. The condo was perfect. Five Star Condo

Wow, what can one say about an enjoyable month. We didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay. From the time we entered River Strand all of our expectations were met. The condo was very clean, and it truly was a home away from home! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The River Strand community offered a variety of activities including a fully equipped gym, a variety of exercise classes, swimming pools, a resistance pool and 27 holes of golf. Nearby shopping, shopping outlets and eateries were available to round out our stay. Nanci and Brian were always available to meet any unexpected needs if so required, and a huge thank you to both of them! We are looking forward to staying again!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo

Hi Nancy, It is time we made you aware of how we totally enjoyed April 2015 at your condo at the River Strand Golf community. We felt at home the minute we walked in , everything was as advertised. No surprises. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, extremely well equipped kitchen - we wanted for nothing. Golf clubs being available certainly lightened our load for the trip - many thanks. Considerable hours were passed on the balcony watching the comings and goings of the various birds, one rabbit and of course "Sunny" the gator who we watched plying the waters and resting in the sun on the opposite shore. This was our first golf vacation and we obviously picked the right place. River Strand has it all - the golf courses, the driving range, the club house, the dining, the entertainment - all first class. Family members purchased a home in the Bradenton area, we really enjoyed our time visiting and thought it would be a great place for us too! It's close proximity to Tampa, Sarasota and beautiful beaches like Siesta Keys, Anna Maria Island and all its amazing beaches, the golf, pickle ball and tennis, including resort like amenities at River Strand make it just right for us, and we hope you too!
