Il ne reçoit pas plus romantique que ce !! Niché sur la pointe exclusive Seigneur, ce chalet en bord de mer surplombe l'anse à Belle Kennebunk Beach et est vraiment un endroit magique, one-of-a-kind. Et il est présenté sur la couverture du numéro d'août du magazine Maine Home & Design avec un article de 12 pages à suivre. A Coastal Gem!

We enjoyed every moment at this wonderful house. The location is simply perfect with gorgeous ocean views. The house is welcoming, super clean, and very charming. The large porch provides the perfect outdoor space for relaxing and taking in the ocean air. Betsy is an exceptional host as well. Her lovely personal touches make the house extra special! What a true coastal gem!

Beautiful Home

The sunsets were absolutely stunning! House was absolutely breathtaking. The flowers and pastries upon arrival were such a pleasant surprise! Betsy was a delight to work with. We enjoyed fires in the outdoor fireplace after our days antique shopping and enjoying a nice dinner out! Great location! We can't wait to come back again!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this fabulous property. The location on Lords Point and the very short walk to Mothers Beach with playground was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk out at low tide from the dock right onto the sand and rocks by the point and collect crabs and shells. The house itself is beautiful and well appointed, having everything we needed. We’ve been many times to the area and this has been our favorite experience so far!

Best spot on Kennebunk Beach!

We had a great time at The Boathouse! The views and location could not have been better. Betsy was a top tier host, even included fresh flowers, wine, and croissants ready for us upon arrival. We visited with our 6 month old child, and the porch was the perfect spot to spend our time while he napped. We hope to come back again one day! Julie & Max

Memories for life!!

Betsy went over and above to make sure our stay was exceptional!!! The house was PERFECT, every little detail was so special, the GORGEOUS GORGEOUS view, the beach, the fire place, the sound system throughout the house - the hardest choices were staying in the house or outside on the decks!! You will NOT want to leave!!!! One of the best experiences EVER ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing and Magical

This property and its location made our engagement so special and so magical. Betsy went above and beyond to accommodate us during the height of the summer season. Everything was perfect…the outdoor areas, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace, etc. were amazing. The views at high tide are what great memories are made of. If you are considering a property to rent in Maine this is the place and Betsy is incredible. We are already booking again for late summer to come back and create more spectacular memories.

Better than the photos!

It’s hard to believe but the home is even nicer than the photos. Stunning home that makes you think you are in a boat on the water (without the rocking). It’s the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed with everything you need. The kitchen is much larger than it looks. We were two couples and it was great to have two on-suite bathrooms. Easy access to beaches and town. Betsy was a wonderful welcoming host. We will definitely be back!!

HEAVEN in Kennebunk!

This home is better than I hoped, and I had high expectations based on the listing! :) It offered the quiet, views, comfort and amenities that I wanted and surprised me with so much more, from small touches like tea light candles and welcome flowers to a well stocked pantry with spices, oils, etc The location is incredible - on a small peninsula between the bay and the beach. You can see the sun rise and set from different parts of the house. The main level patio is SO comfortable with super comfy furniture right on the wayer. Grab some wood to build an outfoor fire - it's 100% worth it! The beds, bedding, towels, etc were all very high end and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and has everything you need. (Note: the ice maker in the freezer was not on/connected, but that might be because I was there in the off off season!) And did I mention the views??? There isn't a room in the house (including the showers!) that don't afford stunning views of the water. Communication with Betsy was super easy, as was accessing the home. I will 100000% be back to Lords Point!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Location, location, location. Narrow home with fantastic fit and finish. Outdoor space as lovely as the home. Very comfortable for four people. Views of the ocean from every window. Do not hesitate to rent this property. Very accomodating and excellent communication. Would rent again without hesitation.

My mother, my sister, and I came to this beautiful place for a short, celebratory getaway, and it was absolutely transformative! We left feeling restored and renewed. I cannot say enough about the unique design of this home…..with spectacular ocean views from every single window……. simply breathtaking! Betsy was not only a very responsive host, but also very welcoming … upon our arrival we were greeted with flowers, wine and pastry…. What a nice touch! We look forward to returning!

Fabulous coastal Maine retreat

This house is perfectly located along the coast and has amazing views from every window. Betsy, the hostess/ owner, was incredibly easy to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and pastries. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and the beaches are just steps away from the house. We absolutely LOVED our stay and was exactly what we needed for a post-wedding (our daughter's) get away. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, and well stocked. We highly recommend this property and our hostess!! Wonderful!!
