Quinta del Sol est un complexe de condominiums avant de plage de luxe situé sur l'émeraude de l'eau claire spectaculaire de Fatima Bay dans la communauté fermée exclusive de Puerto Aventuras.

Unité 216 est une chambre 3, l'unité 2 de salle de bain avec de hauts plafonds de briques en forme de dôme et chargé avec des équipements de luxe tels que 3 téléviseurs à écran plat chacun avec (canaux États-Unis, du Canada (anglais et français)) CD / DVD et d'un service par satellite, réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable avec la machine purifié de l'eau, un lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse, et bien plus encore! Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation et des ventilateurs de plafond. Regardez et écoutez la mer et profiter de la vue sur la piscine incroyables de votre salon, chambre à coucher principale et balcon.

La belle et spacieuse maison est décorée dans un style confortable et contemporain. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, parfait pour manger à la maison dans le confort. Il ya 2 tabourets de bar au comptoir de cuisine et aussi une table à manger pour six.

La somptueuse suite de maître avec salle de bains salle de bain avec baignoire / douche, un lit King size et walk-out au grand balcon. La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit King size. Il ya aussi une troisième petite chambre avec un lit complet. De la grande et très confortable salon, vous pouvez vous retirer le balcon privé spacieux pour pure détente ou tout simplement descendre et amusez-vous dans l'incroyable piscine de conception architecturale ou sur la magnifique plage de palmier et vierge bordée. Very nice StayMy wife and I stayed for 3 weeks at Serge and Laurianne’s condo. The unit was well stocked with everything that we needed. We liked the location of the condo as we could walk easily to the marina area where all the restaurants and bars are located. We enjoyed having direct access to the beach. The heated pool was very nice also as it was a little bit cool the first week of our stay. The people that stayed in the same complex were all very nice and we enjoyed there company. The only slightly negative was the sargassum washing up on the beach, but that happens everywhere in the Caribbean. The grounds keepers did a nice job trying to clean it up, they also keep the grounds up really nice, and they were all very polite. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great experience!

Had a great time at Quinta Del Sol. Beautiful beach access. Waking distance to many things. Property manager easy to contact and arrived quickly when we couldn't figure out how to open lock box. Will definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed at Marie Josie's place for 6 weeks in Jan/Feb 2017. The condo is very nice and a great size. The beach is steps away and everything is very convenient. Having stayed in MX long term before we particularly enjoyed the water and ice filtered in the refrigerator. Thanks for sharing your awesome place with us!

Amazing Place to Relax and unwind

We loved our four weeks at Laurianne and Serge’s beautiful apartment. Highlights of our visit included enjoying the spacious ocean/pool view balcony, proximity to the beach/swimming/snorkelling and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had everything we needed. We had excellent communication with the owners and no problems with our arrival and departure. We shopped for groceries at the large Chedraui across the highway (short walk there and taxi home) and enjoyed the delicious fruits and veggies at the local market on Wed and Sat (near Pampa restaurant). Lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance. Thanks again for such a great vacation and we would love to stay again.

Wonderful Condo at Puerto Aventuras

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay in Mexico and Puerto Aventuras. The condo was beautiful and stocked with everything that we needed while there. The owner was super good to work with and the manager was very helpful while we were there. We stayed with my wife and I and 3 of our kids (16-21 yrs old). You can see a narrow view of the ocean from the porch at the condo. However, a walk of about 100 meters gets you right on the beach. Even though it was spring break and there were crowds everywhere we went in Mexico, the beach at the Condo was not too congested ever. The AC worked awesome. We were able to barbecue on the grill that is provided and the internet was adequate for what we needed (work and play). Thanks!

Winter getaway.

Unfortunately for the preparation of our stay the previous residents would not vacate the premises to allow the maid to prepare the apartment for us. The floor was dirty and I had to clean it. There was a double load of wet towels in the dryer that I had to fold and put away. Oscar was very sympathetic to our situation and solved a couple of issues for us. As previously stated this was not entirely the fault of the maid or owner. The property is beautifully maintained, right on the beach, the staff were very friendly and helpful. If I were planning on coming back to Mexico I would stay at Quinta Del Sol again. Thank you Serge for your hospitality.

Stunning

This is our second time staying at this property in two different condos. This one is beautiful and well maintained. Only hiccup was trying to get in once we arrived. We read a previous review that stated there were issues with the lockbox code. I made sure to enquire about this prior to our stay and were assured it was not an issue. Unfortunately, it was still an issue and the code we were supplied by the owner was wrong. A quick call to the building manager and the proper code was supplied. Puerto Aventuras is an absolute gem and is our favourite place to stay now. All of the condos are a mix of vacation rentals and privately owned. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the people are amazing. Everything worked great in the condo and there were no issues with anything. The kitchen supplies are not the best quality but we made do with what was there. We would definitely stay here again.

So Perfect For US

We are a family of five (kids 8,10,12) who stayed at the condo for 12 nights. We wanted a condo that was beachfront so I could watch the ocean and snorkel, with a heated pool because the kids love to splash around and centrally located because we like to travel around and explore. This condo was perfect for us! The owners Marie Josee and Serge and their property manager Oscar were so easy to work with, and we found them to professional and responsive to our needs. The condo was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities that we could want. The location was perfect both on the beach and geographically as we were a walk away from the marina and restaurants and a very easy drive to our excursions (Xplor, Xcaret, Coba, Playa Del Carmen Ferry to Cozumel). The kids were certified by a dive shop in PA and all went diving. The snorkeling is pretty good right out our beach and the kids went fishing quite often. The top things I appreciated about the condo were: how safe we felt in this gated community and with building security, its location, and its heated pool. The only thing I would suggest for improvement was if the shower head in the master bath could be changed out. Definitely worth a 5 star rating and would love to return to this exact spot.

Great location close to the marina

We stayed in this condo for 10 days in march. The kitchen appliances and utensils are very dated and well used. They should be updated. Also there are only 2 wine glasses the condo sleeps 5. The beds are very comfortable. The lighting in the bathrooms above the sink needs to be brighter as a woman this is important. The beach towels are thin and worn they also need to be upgraded. They were wet and smelled moldy as they were put away in a closet before they were dry. I had to rewash them. As far as the manager Oscar is concerned he was of zero help as it was difficult to reach him. His hours are few. When we did see him we told him the public bathroom for the pool was out of toilet paper he told us" well then it's out" we said pardon? He said the maid is gone for the day. This was at 1pm. I am not one to complain in fact I never complete reviews but I feel when the owner is informed of these issues they could correct them and have many more happy renters. There also needs to have a bbq brush as there wasnt one that was usable. The fan on the balcony needs to be cleaned at the very least if not replaced it was rusted and felt like it was going to fly off the ceiling. A little tlc goes a long way. The owners are very nice and respond very promptly.

Thank you for your comments. Since we go to the condo once or twice a year it is really important for us to have feedbacks from our guests. We will do our best to For the kitchen appliances, we change them when someone let us know that they are not working good. We already changed a few of them (microwave, cooking fan, toaster etc). Let us know which appliances are not working well and we will do what needs to be done (replace or repare). For the Glasses, I will tell our manager to buy some. They must have been broken, because we had more than 2 of them. The beach towels were fine when we went last summer, but I will certainly mention the moldy smell to our manager and tell him to dry well them before putting them back in the closet. The fan on the balcony is not that old, but with the ocean wind the metal get rusted really fast. It was never mention by any other renters and we never used it so we didi not know about that. I will mention it to our manager. Thank's again and be sure that we will take care of the little problems.

absolutely no communication with the host

On the day we arrived all the codes to the gate and the apartment were inaccurate. I had to leave a family of 6 waiting by the gate and run around look for a building manager, so he would let us in and give us a code for the gate and the door. Also the TV in each room is just for show. There is WiFi, but The Tvs are not connected to WiFi they are too old. I tried calling both phone numbers that were listed in e-mail with welcome info, and no one picked up or called us back. The room with bunkbeds is the size of a closet and has no storage, But if its for 2 kids, its not too bad. the rest is good and just like on pictures.

December in Puerto Adventuras

Great facility that was perfect for our group. Kitchen was well equipped, furniture was comfy and resort amenities just what we needed to b.v unwind for a week. Back was clean and not at all crowded. We used the kayaks daily as well as the pools. Oscar was very helpful. Much better being right on the beach as last time in Puerto Adventuras wwe stayed on the golf course. We'll definately be back.

Not What We Expected

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we had expected. First, there were no directions on what to say in order to get through the guard shack. Every time we went through, we had a difficult time trying to get them to understand where we were staying. They do not speak any English. Second, the tv/ satellite didn’t work. This was fixed 4 days later. Third, the washing machine didn’t work. The part had to be ordered. There were bugs on the floor in the living room. The beds and pillows were extremely hard. Lastly and probably worst was the failure to tell us about the sargasso. The sea grass covered the entire beach. There were some efforts to clean it up, but it was smelly and ruined our beach enjoyment. I believe we should have been told about how bad it is. The owners did try to fix the tv and washer in a timely manner. The views would have been amazing without the sargasso. The pool at the front of the property was amazing and saved our trip. If we were to return to Puerto Aventuras, we would not stay at this condo.

Dear Jenny, Thank you for your email and sorry that the stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding your comments, it is true that guards in the street only speak Spanish since they are Mexicans. They are there at night for everyone’ safety and to make sure strangers do not go around without a valid reason. They only need that you tell you name and your place of staying (Quinta Del Sol) so they can write it on their pad. It is the first time someone raises this issue in 5 years but we will make sure to inform future renters when we send them the detailed instructions. My manager Oscar or I could have informed you when you were there if we knew about it. For the TV/satellite we did our best to fix the problem quickly. We called the technician and he came as soon as he could (in Mexico delays are to be expected for these kind of things…). Same thing for the dishwasher: I don’t think we are to blame because a piece took a few days to arrive because it had to be ordered… Regarding the bugs, the common areas of the building are fumigated every month and our unit is sprayed when the maid does the cleaning. But of course, it not impossible to see a bug sometime. Finally, I agree that Sargasso is a sad problem for which we have no control. It not only affects our property but the whole Riviera Maya and, depending on the current, also other Caribbean countries like Cuba and the Dominican Republic just to name these (see for instance https://islandinnovation.co/caribbean-seaweed-problem-costing-millions/). It comes and goes and there is no way to predict when we are going to be affected and we are free of it (there was none during my last trip in January). Nevertheless, we are working on this issue on a daily basis: our complex has an employee who works on the beach every day and the complex also added recently more sand to the beach. Great place to stay

The highlight of our Mexican trip was our stay at Quinta Del Sol. Everything you could want is provided. We especially liked having the washer and dryer, and the supplied purefied water. The beautiful private beach is only a few feet from the condo, and the restaurants of the village are a short walk. We made use of the kayaks several times and enjoyed a snorkel trip from the Puerto Aventuras harbor.

Beautiful Beach and Grounds

Loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee. It is back nearer to the rear of the property, but you can still get a relaxing view of the ocean and a great view down onto the pool area. We really enjoyed using the kayaks (there are two SUPs also). Make sure to get paddles (and extra drinking water) ahead of time for the weekend as the office closes early on Saturday and isn't open on Sunday. The beach area is great, but there are a lot of rocks directly out in front so make sure to bring water shoes (you can pick some up at the Super Chedarui grocery store if you leave yours at home though). Just down the beach a few minute's walk there is a great sandy area that is protected with a rock sea wall and this is a great place for little kids (and adults) to play in the ocean. Everything worked well in the condo and the washer/dryer were very handy!

Quinta Del Sol is awesome!

Beautiful, well equipped condo in a safe, clean area in a great location with fabulous pools and beach. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We hope to come back again!

very relaxing.

This condo is spacious and located near the beach and little town. The washer, drier and dishwasher all need to be repaired or replaced, though...so if those things are important to you, you may want to ask about them prior to booking. This community is great for anyone under 13 and over 40. My teenagers were bored.

Perfect Location on Fatima Bay

We had the lovely opportunity to stay here as a family of 4 with a 16 & 11 year old from March 9 to 16, 2017. The condo unit is perfectly located on the second floor, over looking the pools and the sunsets. At night the pool area twinkled. The condo shows exactly as in the pictures, with lots of extra beach towels and cool crisp bed sheets. This is a quiet condo area and perfect for relaxation. All the amenities where there, including beach/pool toys and a great BBQ for cooking up nice Mexican rib eye steaks and enjoying on the balcony. This may sound odd BUT I really appreciated the fridge because the bottle water was hooked up to it. As a result, one would get cool water and excellent crushed ice - all filtered water. The kitchen was perfectly set up to support all cooking if desired. The condo owner's where quick to respond to our 2 minor questions, about Wifi and TV hook up. Much appreciated. In addition, Oscar the on site contact was easy to get a hold of in the office on the main floor. We ran out of water close to the end, and it was replaced in less than 30 minutes for only 35 MX pesos! Quinta de Sol is a lovely community which you will enjoy while renting this great condo unit. What a great place!

We were in Puerto Aventuras for my 40th birthday. Marie was very helpful from the very beginning. They provided lots of helpful information about the area, and even connections for a cook. The condo was perfect. There were 7 of us. There was plenty of room! The patio was so nice. We ate all of our meals out there. The condo had everything we needed. The pools were so awesome! Our 3 kids lived in them everyday. This condo is in a perfect location! Close to the town of Puerto Aventuras, and close to all the other areas we wanted to visit. Puerto Aventuras is such a great little place. We absolutely loved it! Very clean, safe and comfortable. One night my mom lost her purse while we were driving home from a restaurant. Someone who works in PA found it and turned it into the security gate house. The head of security brought it to our condo. So awesome! My husband and I are already planning when we can come back to this great property. Definitely recommend this condo. I should also say that we also rented a car for the 15 nights. Well worth it, plus we had no problems at all! We now love Mexico and our 2 boys keep asking when we can go back!

Puerto Aventuras Quinta Del Sol

My family of six stayed in the condo for 13 days over Christmas and found it to be clean and comfortable. We loved snorkeling, beach combing and relaxing in the sun. We rented a car and made a few excursions to different attractions. We would love to go back.

Perfect family vacation spot.

My husband in-laws and 2 kids stayed here for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo had everything we needed and more. This gated community was beautiful, safe and convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

We are two brothers from Canada and we bought this condo for our families, but also to rent for other families or couple needing a home away from home. Last summer (2013)we were at the Dreams Puerto Aventuras for a family vacation, and we fell in love with the place. The Marina is really nice, the beach is fantastic and the village is really secure. Puerto Aventuras is a fantastic place!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As I said, we completely fell in love with Puerto Aventuras. The condo was previously owned by a family and very well kept and it was beachfront, something really important to us. It is close to everything: restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, medical clinic, Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen etc.. The location is perfect!!

3 bedroom, nice complete kitchen, large balcony with a nice view and a few steps away from the beach and Marina.
