Le condo a un nouveau tapis mur à mur, l'intérieur total a été peint. Nouveau mobilier LR en octobre 2018.
Ce condominium magnifiquement meublé de trois chambres et deux salles de bain se trouve SUR LA VOIE NAVIGABLE INTRACOASTALE à Barefoot Resort and Golf. La copropriété, située dans le développement EDGEWATER, dispose d'une belle piscine située sur la voie navigable (fermée également), d'un club pour résidents, d'un centre de remise en forme et d'un bain à remous. Tous sont à moins de 200 pieds de votre copropriété.

La copropriété a un hall d'entrée de calibre hôtel avec des ascenseurs murés en acajou et un salon à côté du couloir à chaque étage. Le balcon, situé à côté du salon dans le condo, est un endroit magnifique pour profiter de votre café ou un cocktail et regarder les bateaux qui naviguent. Il y a une salle à manger formelle qui peut facilement accueillir 6. La pêche hors de la journée est également une option pour vous. Apportez vos cannes à pêche!

Le Resort dispose d'une cabane face à l'océan pour votre plaisir. Vous pouvez utiliser les 2 douches extérieures et la salle de bain qui sont accessibles sans utiliser votre carte magnétique, La zone à l'étage n'est pas autorisée à être utilisée par les locataires selon les règles et règlements de North Myrtle Beach. Vous pouvez y conduire et vous garer dans la rue / sidestreets ou dans le parking public à gauche de la cabane. Vous pouvez également vous y rendre et revenir via le service SHUTTLE qui vient vous chercher directement à l'entrée d'Edgewater. Apportez vos propres chaises de plage pour la plage.

La piscine de la tour nord est également à votre disposition. Il s'agit de la plus grande piscine creusée de Caroline du Sud. Lorsque vous traversez le pont tournant jusqu'à Barefoot, le plus haut bâtiment sur votre gauche est la tour nord. Il suffit de conduire, de se garer dans le parking et de marcher dans le hall. Apportez vos propres serviettes. La piscine est également située sur la voie navigable.

Les draps sont fournis, ainsi que toutes les serviettes de bain et de plage. Vous devez apporter vos propres déchets à la benne à ordures. Veuillez charger et faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle avant de partir.

Vous trouverez le condo rempli de sacs à ordures, de savon pour lave-vaisselle, de savon à vaisselle, de détergent à lessive, de serviettes de table, de filtres à café, de papier saran, de papier d'aluminium, etc. Cela vous évitera de ramener cela de chez vous si vous conduisez ou vous fera économiser de l'argent si vous volez.

Il y a tant à faire et à voir ... Quatre parcours de golf de championnat sur place - Love, Dye, Fazio et Norman - ainsi que plus d'une centaine d'autres parcours de golf le long du Grand Strand. Le shopping regorge de Barefoot Landing à moins d'un mile, de magasins Tanger, etc. Profitez de restaurants célèbres tels que l'Australian Grille de Greg Norman et des spectacles au House of Blues et au Alabama Theatre.
Les parcs aquatiques Myrtle Waves sont très amusants pour toute la famille. N'oubliez pas les parcs d'attractions, le golf miniature, etc. Jamais un moment ennuyeux.

A place to relax and unwind

This is a gated community. The residents are very nice and welcoming. Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Gorgeous scenery. The condo has everything you need so you do not have to immediately go out and buy it. Walmart is not that far away. It is very spacious. The bedrooms and bed are comfortable. Large television in the living room. There is a one-car garage for your vehicle. The host is so nice and easy to communicate with. She is willing to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. She responds quickly. I must return in the summer. This is just a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Peaceful Vacation

If you are looking for a relaxing and hassle free vacation this is the place. The pictures alone don’t do this unit justice. Judith was a wonderful host. Everything you could possibly need was stocked at the condo. I was pleasantly surprised by the little things that made our stay comfortable, right down to a cooler, beach chairs, foil and toiletries. The lanai was relaxing to sit and watch the boats go by. The kitchen has all you need ! A definite home away from home. Judith was easy to get in contact with if you had a question. Very Impressed

This property is beautiful! The living room has plenty of seating for larger groups , bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, along with many other amenities. Judy was very responsive and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our vacation. It’s obvious Judy has put a lot of thought and care into providing the best accommodations for guests here. The attention to detail is evident and really helped to make this trip feel just as good as being at home.

Great place and location!

We've stayed in several places in Myrtle Beach, and this was by far the nicest. Condo was clean and spacious. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. Everything from cooler, beach towels to pool floats available for our use. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were above average size. Pool was perfect temp everyday. The owner stayed in contact with me at all times. We very much enjoyed our stay. Would give this place a "10"!

Great getaway

Everything was just perfect. Condo so well equipped. Owner has everything so convenient when you get there. We didnt cook alot but anything we needed was available. Location is nice and quiet. Easy access to beach but a day at the pool very convenient We will be back!

The Edgewater property was very well kept, and the location was perfect. Everything we could have needed was available, and watching the activity on the intercoastal waterway was awesome. Judy’s communication was the very best and we look forward to going back.

Perfect

We loved Judy’s condo so much that we want to move to Barefoot Resort. Judy’s condo was the perfect home away from home: amenities, shopping, pools, beaches, restaurants, activities, the list goes on. The condo itself had a perfect view of the intracoastal; it was quiet; luxurious linens; comfortable beds; ample seating for dining, relaxing and playing games; fully stocked with everything except food! If we don’t move to the area before our next vacation, then we will certainly be requesting to stay at Judy’s condo again. Thank you again for a perfect vacation home!

Perfect getaway!!!

The owner is wonderfully accommodating and always available. From the moment I booked she was there to answer questions and always prompt. The condo was better than advertised. The attention to detail was truly appreciated. We travel often and it’s rare we find a rental with quality items for our use. With this condo EVERYTHING was quality! Even the cookware! There were starter items and not just one trash bag and one dish pod but thoughtfully stocked items that kept us from having to make the dreaded Walmart run immediately after check in. Every aspect of our stay was perfect! Beds were oh so comfy with more than enough covers, sheets and blankets. Towels galore!!! She even has an over abundance of beach and pool towels! Thank you for letting us stay at your property as promised we will be back!

Golf Vacation

Condo was beautiful, clean and so spacious for 4 people. We had everything we needed during our stay and communication with Judith was so pleasant. View of the intercoastal waterway was really a nice experience as we watched boats go by all week. An easy 5 star rating and we'd definitely go back in the future.

Great place to stay!

Condo is beautiful and very clean. Balcony on the intercostal is a plus to watch the boats go by. A nicely furnished condo with all you need to enjoy your stay. The owner is great to work with and easily accessible. Definitely would stay here again!

Quiet and Relaxing

Super clean condo in a nice quiet condo community. Kitchen has lots of dishes and cookware making it easy to dine in. Was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by. The owners were easy to contact and very responsive. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, we would highly recommend this condo.

A beautiful stay on the intracoastal waterway!

This beautiful, roomy condo had literally everything the four of us needed for a relaxing and enjoyable week. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and the entire condo was extremely clean! The balcony gave us a tranquil and relaxing view of the waterway. Edgewater’s grounds and pool area are outstanding. Judy, the owner, provided lots of info and was easily reachable throughout the week to answer questions we had. We loved staying here and hope to return in the future …. highly recommended!

At Home at the Beach

This is a beautiful, well appointed condo in a quiet area on the inter coastal. But still close to great restaurants and shopping. Love the screened porch, it was so nice to just chill out there. Pool area is lovely, too. Judi is a great host- very attentive and made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend. Hope to stay again in the future.

This property was the best vacation rental we have stayed in by far. Judy was easy to work with and very attentive. The property was beautiful and very clean. The pool was very nice. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Great Condo! Peaceful view.

This condo was wonderful. 4 of my friends and I got together for a reunion. There was plenty of space for all of us. The 3 bedrooms all had a water view and the living areas were spread out so we were not always on top of one another. My favorite was the screened in porch. Beautiful view. No bugs. Lol. Also the communication between the owner and I was fast and easy. She always replied quickly and there were no issues. We would love to stay again!

A LOVELY GETAWAY!

My friend and I stayed at Edgewater last summer with our teenage girls who attend a national dance competition in MB. We liked that place but wanted to have more room this year (aka 3 bedrooms and possibly a water view). This place DELIVERED! It was very clean, fully stocked and then some, as well as very roomy. The owner was great to work with. She was always quick to respond both by email and phone to my questions. The neighbors were cordial, and nothing beats Edgewater's private access pool (just be sure to have your passes there because they will check to keep outsiders from squatting). Beach access is very easy either via shuttle or only $1/hr to park... Barefoot Landing is also in short proximity and lots of fun. On our last night, we didn't want to cook or go out so we ordered takeout from the Barefoot Market and Grill just up the street and it was great. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's very family-friendly, safe, and comfortable as well as a great value!

Worst homeowners ever

this is second year we have stayed, property was clean as expected. the one thing that we had this year was the people that have actually brought the homes to live in now are complete total Jerks, one neighbor from downstairs came up and said they could hear kids running ages 2 and 5, we would be doing vacation things most of the day and kids always in bed before 10 pm we could hear neighbors above us up at 5am but would never go nock on there door and ask them to stop fixing breakfast that early but this neighbor did. The second Karen style neighbor was at pool drinking wine from glasses and the kids had gotten in hot tub with parents present and she makes a point to come over and state no kids in hot tub, all while sitting at a table that said no glass in pool area drinking wine. needless to say this is the last time I will pay for a rental here when you pay for a week for vacation you do not need a bunch of Karen's running around the place barking like dogs when you are trying to get away from this type of stuff, very disappointing stay this year

The property is very well kept all pictures are as advertised no issues at all . Working with the owner Judy was a pleasure she made sure we stayed informed of any changes to property during our stay . AMAZING

Where do I begin…The location was close to shopping, the beach and excellent restaurants. The outdoor areas around the resort were well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself and its view were wonderful. Plenty of room, very clean, and extremely well stocked with everything! This place was absolutely amazing. Communication from Judy was excellent and she is a wonderful person. We will definitely book her condo again. Thanks Judy for a great place to make memories with our family!

This property is wonderful. We had an excellent vacation. The property is clean and everything in Edgewater is well thought out. The condo, in particular, is immaculate, is spacious, and so many things included (i.e. indoor parking space, trash bags, towels, linens, and much more).
