J'aime vraiment la communauté de Nosara / Playa Guiones. Beaucoup de vacanciers avec qui je parle ressentent la même magie et le même caractère unique dans la région.

La maison est dans le club de plage Guiones qui est la seule communauté fermée adjacente à la plage de Playa Guiones ou dans la région! Il a une entrée privée à la plage, ainsi qu'une maison de gardien pour permettre seulement aux propriétaires et aux locataires dans la communauté. Pour plus de sécurité, les gardes font des rondes régulières la nuit.

Je voulais que la caractéristique principale de la maison soit basée sur la vie en plein air. Quand j'ai conçu la maison, je ne voulais pas de couloirs intérieurs, ce qui rendait chaque chambre séparée les unes des autres. Cela permet aussi d'avoir de l'intimité le soir ou de se lever le matin (personne d'autre ne doit être réveillé accidentellement par votre patrouille à l'aube!). 3 des chambres ont leur propre salle de bain, tandis que 2 chambres partagent une salle de bain adjacente. Toutes les salles de bains ont des averses de pluie. Il y a une piscine en forme de vague profonde de 7 pieds que tout le monde aime parce qu'il reste cool dans la chaleur de la journée! L'arrière de la maison a une vue imprenable sur les montagnes au loin tout en étant seulement 8 minutes à pied de la plage! Chaque chambre est équipée d'un coffre-fort numérique. Il y a un mur de sécurité / intimité de 8 pieds de haut avec des entrées bloquées ainsi vous ne serez pas dérangé par des visiteurs non désirés. De plus, pendant la saison sèche, il y a généralement des pénuries d'eau qui obligent l'autorité locale de l'eau à interrompre le service pendant des heures à la fois. J'ai une citerne de secours de 1500 gallons donc ma maison ne sera jamais hors de l'eau! Je crois que les images de la maison parlent mieux que mes mots! Tous ceux qui sont restés jusqu'ici l'ont adoré!

Verano vacation

Property is ideal for families. Has a large yoga area and I had a yoga instructor come 3 times for the week. Also hired a private chef who was use to the property. It had a large covered outdoor eating area which was wonderful for a large group. I would highly recommend this property.

Ideal for a large family

Beautiful large home offering a wonderful outdoor/indoor living environment. Lovely short walk to the beach, great pool area with lots of lounging chairs. Our group of 10 with five kids were very comfortable and we had a blast!

Nice house - a little tired

The overall stay was pleasant….However, issues arose throughout our stay. A family of raccoons live under the kitchen sitting area and are accustomed to opening the closed doors. We had half of our food decimated night one. No access to laundry without extra fees. Kitchen and appliances need a facelift and AC should be added to kitchen area. General cleanliness could also be improved. Location is good - roads in the neighborhood not so great, some places impassable.

Paradise in Nosara

We rented this property with 3 families (6 adults 8 kids). We absolutely loved it. The combo of functional outdoor and indoor space allowed us to utilize the property in many different ways. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to all of our needs. The location was great, with a golf cart rental we were able to get around town in mere minutes. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends and other travelers. Nosara is an incredible town to spend your holiday.

Awesome rental for Family

We stayed at Endless Summer for a week with our two 9-year old kids and we had a blast. The house was amazingly beautiful and was essentially brand new. Great location, just a short walk to the beach, always felt very safe and secure. The property manager was extremely attentive and responsive and had some wonderful restaurant recommendations as well. The owner was responsive and was easy to deal with. We loved the house, it was very clean upon check in and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect...so close to the beach and we really enjoyed being able to see a lot of Costa Rican wildlife. We loved the area and this house in particular and we cannot wait to come back to visit!

Perfect for our Costa Rican adventure

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. The home is gorgeous and perfect for a large group with common seating and eating areas. Favorite memories were made eating meals together at the huge dining table. Tons of space to allow alone time as well. Pool was clean and enjoyed by all with lots of seating. Enjoyed exercising in the yoga studio early morning and looking out over the farm behind the property. Beach was an easy walk away but we also tooled around in golf carts. We also were very grateful that we had rented suvs with 4 wheel drive as the roads were rough but that just added to the adventure. Kids all took surfing lessons and the adults tried too. We hired a private chef, Yuliana (Julie) who was amazing to work with and made delicious food, especially her seafood. She also took us out to a waterfall to have lunch one day which was probably the highlight of the trip for everyone. Would definitely love to return to nosara and this property

Fantastic place and trip!

Verano Eterno was awesome. Everyone in our group wants to go back soon and we would rent this place for sure again. The bedrooms, bathrooms, gardens, kitchen, etc were all very nice but what really makes this house is the outdoor area complete with roof structure, shade, couches, ceiling fans, outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge, counter top, etc so our group spent most of our free time just relaxing outdoors together. Its a very comfortable space. The surf was solid during our trip and its an easy walk to the surf break. The owner David and the management team were always very accessible and promptly took care of any issue we had, all of which were minor. My tip if you go to this house is to hire a cook before hand which is what we did and it saves money and its really nicer to eat meals at this house that just about any restaurant you could go to.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

Too many problems and a condescending and insulting owner. (Local management reps were fine). Checking in we were told not to use one of the bedrooms since shower above it in MBR was leaking, but would be fixed next day. Fix didn't take, so room was unusable. In addition, AC broke in one of the rooms, dishwasher leaked all over floor, fridge went on the fritz several times. Construction starting at 5:45 am next door isn't this property owner's fault, but didn't contribute to happiness. At this price, we expect better. When we asked for partial refund since one of the rooms was unusable, owner responded with insults and anger. Just a little bit of understanding and empathy would have gone a long way.

Rest and relaxing

We had a lovely time in Nosara. Such an amazing town. The staff helped us find the coolest restaurants we’ve ever been and the owner had a birthday cheesecake delivered for our son, his favorite! The house has a great yoga studio and cabana to hang in. Definitely one of our fav new places in Costa.

Perfect villa quiet location

Verano Eterno is a little paradise away from the noise of the town, close to the beach & beach break in a quiet gated small community. The house was clean and spacious, the management and cleaning team are available and very helpful during our 3 weeks stay (8 people). The perfect place for a yoga teacher training or a vacation with friends and family! I strongly recommend this villa!

What a perfect set up for a group surfing trip, family getaway or yoga retreat!

What a perfect set up for a group surfing trip (my case), a family getaway or yoga retreat. All was as shown/advertised, so no surprises. The house is clean and beautiful with really nice touches: Its extremely well designed (layout and access) and maintained, situated in a safe gated community with a short walk to the beach - surf boards in hand. The new separate addition to the house – “The Rancho” – created an additional ground level lounging and dining space with two separate bedrooms and bathroom, AND a massive yoga style loft above for stretching and relaxing (with views I might add). Each room has A/C and private access to its own bathroom. Could not have been a better experience and will definitely be going back (already planning my next trip). Also, many thanks to Dave for being such a great host – he’s extremely accessible, has a great staff and helpful in all recommendations (surfing, dining, outings, etc.)!

A Mixed Bag!

Our family spent a week at Verano Eterno in Playa Guiones. It's the 3rd time we've stayed in the Guiones Beach Club section and it's a beautiful spot. Unfortunately when we arrived there were quite a few maintenance issues that needed resolving, the worst of which was there was no water to the house due to a clogged filter (couldn't use showers or sinks). With 9 people, this was a real headache. The good news - the management company was responsive and easy to work with so after a few days most of the glitches were gone. My advice would be to check with the management company before you go to make sure there's a good water supply, the dishwasher and laundry facilities are all in good working order, and the pool is clear and clean. We still managed to have a great time again in Playa Guiones!

Great location, great pool, great stay

Fun stay. Clean, updated, and lovely. Bathrooms are so cool and fun (one has an outdoor shower inside the bathroom). Cleaning people came mid stay, and any issue we had, service people showed up immediately. AC in each bedroom (not in the living room/kitchen area). Nice breezes in the upstairs yoga/hang out room. There is no TV in the house....what a nice break! Family time, reading, relaxing to the sounds of the birds. Owner is SO great about supplying every thing you could possibly need to know about the area, including doctors, chefs, area activities, etc. in a well thought out guide book. We had everything we needed and more. Only issue was all the keys. There is a key for each individual room, as well as another key for the additional gate for the room. Locking and unlocking them all every time we went anywhere and went to sleep was a bit of a chore, so we finally moderated the practice, and locked only the main gate and door at the front of the house. Gated community, we felt safe. There are safes in each bedroom. Pool was lovely and we used it every day. Loved this house! thank you!

Perfect Spot

David’s house was the ideal spot for us. Couldn’t find a safer and secure place to the surf and town. It accommodates at least 10 no prbkem. The space overall is quite spacious and comfortable. I liked it so much I’m coming back again. Thanks David🙏

Not one complaint. Great Set-Up.

"Endless Summer" was everything we wanted in Nosara. We're lucky enough to be able to visit Nosara at least once a year for the last 7 years. Always renting whatever we can find available. Dave's place was a great fit for our group. The layout is perfect, pool is clean and good size. The bedrooms were spotless. Highly recommended. I've read comments about renters having issues with the amount of locks and keys to access the property, it was a non-issue.

Amazing Getaway!!!

The property is beautiful, comfortable and minutes to most gorgeous beaches! The owner, Dave, and the house manager incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the town and gave us plenty of great recommendations. The location is in a safe gated community (private & quiet) - just a few minutes by car or bike outside of the main part of town - convenient to lots of restaurants (tons of dining choices), bars & several beach options. The beaches go on forever - perfect for surfing, swimming, relaxing from morning until sunset! The house was super well equipped with a spacious & well-equipped kitchen, a seating area with beautiful views and open layout, very private bedrooms with clean bathrooms, a beautiful pool and outside patio area — all perfectly laid out for large groups, entertaining, etc (plus a strong WiFi!!) Overall, an amazing getaway, would highly recommend it, will be back again very soon!

Richard Schmidt Surf/Yoga retreat

We stayed at Casa Verano Eterno for 3 weeks in Feb. of 2018. David was very responsive in the booking process. We had groups of up to 8 with a new group very Sat. Location is nice and quiet close to beach. We had golf carts which made access to restaurants easier although they are in walking distance. As the house is fairly new everything was clean and in order. A couple small issues came up and the property manager was easy to communicate with and solved anything that came up. It was perfect for the communal vibe we like to create. I would recommend anyone with a small group like ours to rent and enjoy this awesome property!

Epic stay at Casa Verano Eterno

Casa Verano Eterno was EPIC. The layout of the home is designed so that guests can enjoy the privacy of their own room, while also offering a common area perfect for socializing and sharing meals. The property is completely surrounded and protected by a concrete wall, in addition to being located within a guarded and gated community. Staying at Casa Verano Eterno is not only relaxing and luxurious, but allows guests to feel safe and secure while far from home. Additionally, the beach is a short walk within the community away with a trail that puts your right onto the beach. I highly recommend Casa Verano Eterno as the best place to stay in Nosara.

Nice location and property. Too many doors and locks. Could use some basic pantry items.

First, the many positives: Great location -- easy walk to awesome beach; friendly, helpful management team; spacious living area and bedrooms; excellent beds, swimming pool and chaise lounges. A few challenges: lots of keys to lots of locks that were a challenge to open the first night and became increasingly annoying day after day; despite so many looks security wall had a walk-through gap (a door to the outside of the property has been removed and never replaced); and we dealt with a multitude of minor but annoying problems: broken AC (it took 3 full days to get a replacement), coffee pot partially work, bathroom door handle was loose and kept coming off, one of the safes got stuck with valuables in (management have to be called and wait for several hours to get fixed), irrigation system spraying into living room. Some suggestions: color code the keys and clearly mark them. Use less locks and less keys. Run vinegar mixture to clean the coffee maker. Provide coffee filters. Provide a small welcome basket (water, fruit or a snack for late arrivals). Have a first aid kit with alcohol and bandaids. Replace the door to secure the premises to the outside. In spite of the challenges, we loved our time in Costa Rica. The animals, people, flowers, food and weather were incredible. Pura vida!

Perfect for a company retreat!

We came here for a company retreat and the house was just perfect. The beach is an 8 minute walk from the house (the area is a protected wildlife refuge so most homes are not directly on the beach), and it is such a stunning one. We took surfing lessons every day with a local instructor and the waves here are perfect for beginners. Even if you don't surf, the water is great for swimming or boogie boarding, too. The pool was perfect for mid-afternoon dips, and the layout was great for privacy with respect to the separate rooms as well as different areas to work (ie, dining room, upstairs breezeway, poolside, etc). Everything was clean and well-maintained. We did experience a few power outages, which caused the WiFi to go out but we simply relocated to the nearby Harmony Hotel to get work done when that happened. Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is a 10-minute walk from the house and has great yoga classes throughout the day. I would definitely recommend getting some type of transport during your stay (ATV, Jungle Carts, bikes are all easily rented nearby) as it just makes exploring much easier in terms of time spent and access to things like a mini super for supply runs or a trip to San Juanillo and/or Playa Pelada - both definitely worth seeing. David was also extremely available via email for any questions we had during our stay and also has great recommendations for things to do in the area. Would come back in a heartbeat - thank you David!

Best trip in years!

Great house, cool spot. 7 minutes to the beach, carrying a surfboard. Owner is cool, and has tons of connections if you need them. Management company on location is very helpful, can help arrange zip lining etc. Pura Vida!

Paradise

My family of 5 along with a close friend rented Verano Eterno for two weeks at the end of February. About the house, what can I say….I fell in love. We all did !! There is something so special about this place. I don’t know if it’s the greenery, or the amazing woodwork; the stonework or the pool. In general, its just the vibe. It’s just so peaceful, and it has so much attention to detail. It gives you everything you need, and nothing you don’t. It’s just gorgeous, a perfect blend of extravagance and simplicity. We really loved the way the house flowed. My son was able to have so many friends stop by to visit, yet the space was ample enough that they were never a bother. We brought a mini projector with us and screened movies in the upstairs living room…..AMAZING ! We cooked out on the grill, and we spent endless hours at night just gazing at the starts and the lit up house. What a dream !!! I could have stayed there forever. The house is part of the Nosara Beach Club, so it is very private and away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads, yet it is still close enough to both town and the beach. The property management team is very responsive and was available instantly to answer any questions or help with planning. David, the owner, is a great guy. Really willing to go the extra mile to make our dream come true. My only complaint about the house....... is that I don't live there year round.

Birthday Surf Trip

We rented Casa Verano Eterno for my wife's birthday. She is a big surfer and the location of the home was perfect. We had a group of 5, so two bedrooms were not used, but were very nice. The beach is a short walk away from a private access for the Beach Club this home is a part of. We rented bikes. Restaurants and all amenities are close. No more than a 5 minute bike ride or 10-12 minute walk to yoga, surf shops, restaurants and anything you need. Front courtyard has a large gate that uses lockboxes for access, so security is good for bikes and surf boards.Check-in was easy, as was check-out. The home is set up for enjoying the outdoor spaces and the living room has three sides that open up and let the breeze through the room during the day. Beds are very comfortable and the house is well appointed. We had a great time, and would recommend to anyone that wants some privacy, but with access to everything. Like anywhere in Costa Rica, bug spray is a must. :) We are already talking about another visit next February.

I live in Long Beach, New York and grew up going to the beach every weekend. From the time I was 14 years old, I asked my parents to buy me a surfboard for every birthday and every Christmas. Each time they said no. So the 1st thing I bought myself out of college (even before a car!) was a 7'2' used surfboard. A few years later, I took my first trip out of the United States to Mexico and that is when the travel bug to Central America and the eventual dream to buy property and someday live in Central America hit me. Ever since that trip I have scoured real estate websites all around Latin America to find affordable yet perfect beach front property.

The Guiones Beach Club has become the most desirable area to stay or live in Playa Guiones. You are away from all the construction noise and all of the density of north Guiones but still close enough to the action to ride your bike to the restaurants. Verano Eterno has many trees around the permieter of the property to allow maximum privacy and peace for you and your guests! Verano Eterno also backs up to farmland so there are no neighbors behind you aside from some grazing cows! Between being located in the gated community of Guiones Beach Club and Verano Eterno being built with security in mind, Casa Verano Eterno is probably one of the only houses in Playa Guiones | Playa Pelada that hasn't been broken into at one point or another in recent years. It is EXTEMELY SECURE and SAFE! I have been coming to Playa Guiones 50-60 days per year for the past 15 years. It has obviously changed ALOT but I still feel the same as i did when I first came here in 2002. The more time I spend in Nosara the more I want to spend even more time here. It truly is a magical place!

I designed this house myself (obviously with help from the architect and builder). This is my vision. There are a lot of new houses being built with a modern flair around Nosara. Personally, I have always liked colonial Spanish stucco homes. So I wanted the home to be designed as a contemporary Spanish colonial home which is what my architect did. High ceilings which allow for a lot of air circulation to keep things cool. Below are some of the features of the home that I think make it different than most if not all rental homes in Nosara

Amazing and consistent wifi from Cable Tica; the entire home and property has wifi available because of Google mesh system with 7 access points located around the home

Privacy & Quiet

Separate domiciles-privacy and quiet when you need it or want it with lots of common areas when you want to be part of the group (each bedroom is its own unit)

each mattress is a 4 Seasons mattress as are the pillows providing all guests with an excellent sleeping experience!

amazing pool-always perfect temperature and has endless pool feature ("pool treadmill")
