This spacious top-floor flat in a listed four-sided courtyard combines the unique charm of historic architecture with modern living comfort. Large windows offer a soothing view of the countryside and the adjacent riding stables.

The holiday flat is designed as a private wellness oasis: after an eventful day exploring Dresden’s old town, you can wind down with a glass of wine in the whirlpool bath, which is integrated directly into the bedroom. Or, after a hike in Saxon Switzerland, treat your muscles to some relaxation in the private sauna. Whether as a family for a special holiday or as a couple for a wellness break: this retreat is perfect for your moments of well-being.



The Space:

This spacious three-room flat offers 79 square metres of living space, providing plenty of room for a relaxing stay for four people; if guests prefer to be close together, there is space for up to six.

• High-quality furnishings throughout, including some bespoke built-in oak furniture and elegant oak floorboards

• Modern cooling ceiling for pleasant temperatures in summer

• Bright, spacious bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm), a whirlpool bath integrated into the room and a separate, small toilet

• Smaller, separate bedroom with a pull-out single bed for 2 people, ideal for children or teenagers

• Spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm)

• Elegant oak breakfast bar with bar stools, perfect for shared meals, good conversation or games evenings

• Fully equipped kitchenette including an induction hob (2 hotplates), dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment and a combination microwave

• Bathroom: Modern wellness oasis with a walk-in shower, large mirror, toilet and private sauna

• Smart TV for cosy film nights and excellent Wi-Fi throughout the apartment



Guest Access:

Check-in is simple and contactless via a key safe. Once you have completed the online check-in and uploaded a valid ID document, you are free to arrive at your convenience.

The holiday flat is situated on the grounds of Hexenburg, a historic four-sided farmstead near Dresden, offering plenty of nature, peace and quiet, and a unique atmosphere. Natural ponds, paddocks and extensive green spaces make this the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.

Hexenburg is an ideal base for a variety of excursions combining nature, culture and historic towns. Many attractions and leisure activities are within easy reach.

• The historic old towns of Pirna (approx. 30 mins) and Bautzen (approx. 40 mins)

• Dresden with its Baroque old town, restaurants and trendy districts (approx. 40 mins)

• Hiking, cycling and climbing in Saxon Switzerland (approx. 30 mins)

• Lusatian Lake District Biosphere Reserve (approx. 40 mins)

• Day trip to the Spreewald (approx. 1.5 hours)

• Prague – the ‘Golden City’, reachable in around 2 hours

NOTES ON THE PROPERTY:

Hexenburg is a historic four-sided farmstead that is currently undergoing careful restoration. Some outdoor areas are still under construction.

The swimming pond is a natural body of water and not a conventional swimming pool. Water quality may vary depending on the weather, particularly during the summer months.



Interaction with Guests:

Wir sind täglich von 8 bis 20 Uhr für unsere Gäste erreichbar. Zusätzlich ist auf dem Gelände der Hexenburg in der Regel immer jemand vor Ort, falls Unterstützung benötigt wird.

Reitstunden und Ausritte können flexibel und auch kurzfristig direkt mit der Reitlehrerin vereinbart werden.
