Villa Lemon Tree offers 59 m² of living space distributed over two levels, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy. On the lower level, guests will find a cozy room with a sofa bed and a private outdoor seating area directly in front of the entrance, creating a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings.



The upper level features a spacious covered terrace that serves as the heart of the property. Here, guests can enjoy an outdoor kitchen, a dining table and comfortable seating while taking in the fresh sea air and beautiful views. The indoor living area includes a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bright living room with a large sofa and TV corner, and a separate bedroom furnished with two single beds, making the villa ideal for couples, small families or friends traveling together.



Please note that Villa Lemon Tree is built on different levels and can only be accessed via narrow traditional stone stairways. Due to the property's layout and the number of steps, the villa is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or walking difficulties. It may also not be the ideal choice for families with small children. Guests are rewarded with a unique Mediterranean setting, beautiful views, and a charming hillside atmosphere, but should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.
