Designed in a Scandinavian style, the house impresses with its exclusive, high-quality interior. Great attention has been paid to detail, and attentive guests will notice that nearly all decorative elements are perfectly coordinated. Everything is set for your new holiday love by the Baltic Sea.

How does a perfect holiday day begin? Well-rested, refreshed, and usually with a hot drink. That’s why each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable, high-quality box spring bed—maximum comfort guaranteed. The upper floor offers more than just sleeping space: a separate game room invites you to enjoy a variety of games. A special highlight is the foosball table, ensuring fun for both young and old alike. The two bathrooms, one on each floor, both feature walk-in showers, and the upstairs bathroom also includes a private sauna.

The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living and dining area, is equipped with high-quality appliances and serves as the heart of the home. The approximately 730 m² garden is fully fenced and designed to be as escape-proof as possible. But humans will also love it here: whether playing, relaxing, or preparing dinner over an open flame year-round on the covered terrace, the outdoor space offers something for everyone. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach with its cobalt-blue waters is just 800 meters away, and the dog beach is 1,200 meters away. On your way there, you can treat yourself to an ice cream, enjoy a fish sandwich, or stop halfway for a round of mini golf.

Within walking distance, you’ll also find a small supermarket with the integrated Glüsing bakery, the Gnutzmann bicycle rental, and the Holmer marketplace with various shops and the Greek restaurant “Alteas.” On typical northern German rainy days, you can pass the time with indoor mini golf.
