The vacation apartment located on the 5th floor of the "Berolina" building offers 47 m² of space for up to 4 guests. It features a living room with access to a covered balcony with seating, a TV, and a cozy sofa area, as well as an integrated sleeping space with a comfortable bed and closet. A separate bedroom contains two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm), a TV, and a closet, with options for light control through pleated and blackout curtains. The kitchen includes a dining area for four and a kitchenette, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. Guests can enjoy various communal amenities, including a swimming pool, table tennis, and a dart room, accessible with a key. Parking includes two designated outdoor spaces. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

Located on the 5th floor, the vacation apartment features a covered, furnished balcony with a heating lamp, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool that is exclusively for residents and guests, measuring 15 meters by 8 meters with a separate children's area. Additional communal areas include three rooftop terraces that provide stunning views of the Baltic Sea. Bicycle storage is available in designated cellar rooms or a bike room on the ground floor. Parking is convenient with two outdoor spaces included with the apartment. Note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony. In 2027, from week 1 to week 11, the pool will be closed for maintenance.
