The bright living room features large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer views of the tranquil courtyard and city skyline. You’ll find a comfortable sofa with a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps one additional guest. A large Smart TV is mounted on the wall, giving you access to your favorite streaming services. The dining table with four chairs invites you to enjoy meals or work comfortably. The room is furnished with tasteful, minimalist pieces that create a warm and inviting ambiance.



Sleeping Area:

The sleeping area is separated from the living space by a room divider and includes a high-quality double bed with a comfortable mattress. Blackout curtains ensure total privacy and a restful sleep, even during the day. A spacious wardrobe provides ample storage for your clothes and personal items.



Kitchen:

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: it includes a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso machine—with one capsule per guest as a welcome gift. All necessary cookware, dishes, and cutlery are provided, so you can easily prepare your meals. The kitchen is open to the living area, allowing you to enjoy the view while cooking.
