A delightful holiday home with a beautiful location on the outskirts of the park, offering unobstructed views over the Zijlroede canal.



The garden is wonderfully comfortable, with a large south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. In the evenings, the terrace is beautifully lit. A swimming ladder is also provided.



Upon arrival, you can park in front of your house. There is space for a maximum of two cars. On the ground floor, you'll find a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, the stairs leading to the upper floor, and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with a 180 cm wide bed. The other bedroom is slightly smaller but also has a 160 cm wide double bed. The bathroom features a bathtub with "bubbles," a shower over the bath, a sink, and a toilet.



In short, a wonderful holiday home for four people. There is also room for a cot.

Come enjoy a wonderful boat trip or take a few scenic bike rides through Friesland. After an active day, relax in one of Lemmer's many restaurants.



2 Pets are allowed. Please note: The property is completely enclosed, including the waterfront. Ideal for small children or pets.
