Charming detached holiday home located directly next to a nature reserve (dunes and forest), featuring a large sunny south-facing garden and a private parking space. Here, peace, comfort and nature come together. The property is situated in a quiet, small-scale holiday park close to the North Sea beach. The Zeepe Duinen walking area is just a 5-minute walk away.

The house is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with all modern comforts. The living room offers a cosy seating area with a fireplace, a luxury TV and free WiFi. It is the perfect place to relax after a wonderful day spent in nature. On sunny days, the French doors can be opened.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need. The large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together at any time of the day. In the chest of drawers you will find games and drawing materials for children. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a large storage rack.

On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom and the children’s bedroom. The children’s bedroom features a bunk bed (not suitable for adults), with safety guards on both beds. The comfortable bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms, as well as a laundry area with a toilet. A safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds and a wardrobe. Although the house has four bedrooms, it is rented out to a maximum of 6 guests.

The large, fully enclosed garden offers plenty of privacy and sunshine throughout the day. The spacious outdoor dining table on the terrace is ideal for enjoying delightful dinners on warm summer evenings. There are also sun loungers and a trampoline for children. Your dog is welcome as well.
Outside, there is a water tap with a garden hose, and you may use the left storage shed at the back of the garden to store, for example, two bicycles.
