La Pared is a quiet little village on the west coast with the most spectacular sunsets, especially in the second half of the year. You can enjoy them on the huge terrace or in the wind-protected conservatory. You always have the sea in view and can see across the entire village to the mountains. From here it is just a stone's throw to the Costa Calma, where the 25 km long sandy beach begins and stretches all the way to Morro Jable. All other sights are also within easy reach of La Pared. Hiking, sport, peace and quiet or good gastronomy can all be found within a short distance.
The huge terrace with a fantastic panoramic view over the village and as far as the sea has a seating area with space for 6 people. There are 2 sun loungers and a brick-built barbecue. The awning protects you from the sun, which you can enjoy to the full here thanks to the south-facing orientation. An outdoor shower is located in the entrance area in the beautifully planted front garden, which can also be used as well as the existing swing.
The very large flat has its own separate entrance and a car park directly in front of the door. You enter the flat through the glazed conservatory with a large dining table. All doors can be opened so that you can enjoy a nice breeze even in summer. The living room is cosily furnished with 2 sofas, a table and a wall unit with satellite TV. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and offers every comfort and is of course fully equipped. The small bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200 each, which can also be put together to form a double bed, leads off the living room and has 2 windows and 1 wardrobe. The large bedroom also has a double bed 180x200 as well as 2 large wardrobes, 2 bedside tables and a safe. In the large bathroom there is a new modern shower, a bidet, WC and a double washbasin with a large mirror and a washing machine for shared use in the outside cupboard at the entrance in the front garden.
The more touristy town of Costa Calma is only 5 kilometres away, where you will find everything you need. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, boutiques, bike hire, car hire, hotels, doctors, pharmacies, etc. Here in La Pared there is a mini market with daily fresh Italian bread, a restaurant, a café, a golf range, a small hotel and otherwise a lot of peace and relaxation with spectacular sunsets and picturesque west coast.
I attach great importance to environmentally friendly behaviour and have therefore converted the hot water production to solar thermal energy. Saving water is a matter of course here, water is very precious on the island. I wash my laundry in an environmentally friendly way and the sun dries the laundry here without using a tumble dryer, I no longer use fabric softener. If you smoke, please do so on the terrace. The wifi is free and home office capable.
