Wonderful location on a 4000 mÂČ large property in a quiet forest edge location directly at the nature reserve "RĂŒdigsdorfer Schweiz" with 1000 m ÂČ large bathing pond with fish stocking (fishing not desired). Situated north of the town of Nordhausen, it is the ideal starting point for excursions into the Harz mountains or the southern Harz foreland, e.g. the KyffhĂ€user. Distance to the station of the historic Harzquerbahn and tram approx. 10 min to the city centre of Nordhausen 3 km.
There is also seating for 6 people on the terrace. The terrace can be shaded with an electric illuminated awning and a parasol. A charcoal barbecue is also available. Interesting circular walks in beautiful, relaxing countryside for all ages start and end directly at the holiday home. Free car parking spaces are available on the property.
The holiday home was completed in August 2021 and completely refurbished. It is heated by an automatic pellet stove, which heats the ground floor via underfloor heating and the rooms in the attic via radiators. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob). The ground floor is barrier-free. The bedroom on the ground floor has a box-spring bed and a large sliding-door wardrobe. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and a whirlpool for 2 people. The cosy seating combination in the living room can be converted into a double bed if required. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs in the living area and the top floor is reached via a spiral staircase. There are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. There is a large wardrobe in both bedrooms and all windows can be darkened with electric shutters.
Please note: There is a second holiday home on the property about 20 metres away. The holiday homes are separated by small hedges. Other holiday guests and occasionally the owner's family can stay on the large property, and there is plenty of free parking available on the property.
