Situated on the ground floor (parterre) of a modern building from 2018, the apartment features a thoughtful floor plan with three separate bedrooms, all equipped with durable vinyl flooring for a pleasant indoor climate. The spacious living area comprises both a comfortable lounge with a sofa corner and armchairs, as well as a dedicated dining space with a large table, perfect for shared meals or games evenings.
