The spacious living and dining area is furnished with a large LED TV, a Blu-ray player, and a cozy fireplace, complemented by an open kitchen with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. There are three bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, WC, and hairdryer. The apartment is fully tiled and features underfloor heating and electric shutters.

Communal facilities include a storage area for bicycles. A dedicated parking space is available in front of the house. No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment. Linen and towels are provided.
