The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washing machine, and incinerating toilet.

The bedroom, accessible via stairs from the kitchen, contains two single beds and one double bed. To ensure a pleasant indoor climate, an air-source heat pump is available. For added enjoyment, guests can use a rowing boat and bicycles (up to 4, including 2 mountain bikes, subject to availability). Parking is conveniently located on the property.
