Located in the scenic North Jutland holiday paradise of Ålbæk, near Skagen, is a cozy and comfortable summer house that can accommodate up to 18 people. The house is situated in a beautiful natural setting, ideal for long walks, and is just 1 km away from the beach at Ålbæk Bay. The house is spacious and bright, with two rooms dedicated to group activities. It features a pool area with an 18 m2 swimming pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool that can accommodate 4-6 people. The pool is equipped with a water slide and a counter-current system, making it a hit with kids. An outdoor hot tub on the terrace offers a refreshing experience in the open air. The house also has a large activity and games room, equipped with billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts. A home bar and a PlayStation 4 are also available for entertainment. The heart of the house is the large kitchen and living space, which can comfortably accommodate everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, and extra hob space. The living area features a cozy sofa area near a wood-burning stove. The house has seven bedrooms and a loft that sleeps four, ideally suited for kids and teens. There are three bathrooms in total. The partially covered terrace is perfect for relaxation and outdoor dining, with garden furniture and a barbecue. For children, there is a swing, trampoline, and play tower. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
