This luxurious holiday home, located near the popular Marielyst resort, can accommodate up to 24 people. Known for its sandy beaches and charming atmosphere, Marielyst offers a variety of activities. The house, renovated in 2021, features a pool area with a water slide, whirlpool, and sauna. It also has an activity room with table tennis, air hockey, table football, and pool. The modern kitchen, upgraded in 2021, is equipped for gourmet cooking and is connected to the dining and lounge areas. The house also has a family bedroom with four beds and plug sockets for phone charging. Outside, there\\'s a large terrace, a multi-purpose court for various ball games, a volleyball court, a large chess board, a play tower, and a fire pit area. The house also has beautiful gardens, lighting, paths, a parking area with a charging station for electric cars, and outbuildings for game equipment. The house allows for 3 dogs and provides a mattress and duvet for a baby bed. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
