For sea lovers, the "Kabakum" beach is approx. 2 km away. Cafés and restaurants await your visit within the same distance. Shopping facilities are approx. 1 km away. Excursions to the centre of Varna with its extensive shopping facilities, interesting museums (archaeology, naval shipping, aquarium, doll museum) and impressive architecture (Roman thermal baths, Cathedral of Our Lady, Art Nouveau facades) are just 10 km away. Varna Airport is 12 km away and offers connections to Vienna and Sofia. The tourist resorts "St Constantine and Helena" and "Golden Beach" offer variety within 5 km.
Our guests can enjoy wonderful hours of sunshine in the inner courtyard. There is a table and chairs on the large veranda. A wonderful swing for two provides an opportunity for rest and relaxation. The pool is marvellous and creates a feeling of exotic relaxation. The green grass around the house is perfect for games and fun times.
Villa H1 is a beautiful and modern house built with great attention to detail. The house has two floors and on the first floor there is a spacious living room with huge windows overlooking the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen allows our guests to prepare their own meals. On this floor there is a beautiful bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Upstairs on the second floor there are two bedrooms with a dressing room to each of them and two bathrooms with WC.
The villa "La Villas H1" is built 900 metres from the main road in a very quiet and peaceful area. In the immediate vicinity are our other three guest houses - Villa La Villas H2, Villa Dolce Vita Industrial and Villa Romantika.
We recommend our guests to arrive with their own car or if they are travelling by plane to rent a car. 900m away there is a bus stop with regular lines to the city centre or in the other direction you can take the bus to the tourist resort of Golden Sands. Our guests can also use taxis to get around.
We speak German and English. Our guests use the house completely independently. If they need anything, we are always at their disposal and we are happy to give them tips for a pleasant stay, such as: nearby beaches, restaurants, sights, etc. We can organise a transfer to and from the airport and we can help you find a rental car that can wait for you at the airport or, by prior arrangement, directly in front of the house.
Our guests only need to come with the attitude of a pleasant holiday and good mood :) we have taken care of everything else. If they are missing something, we are ready to provide it as soon as possible.
