This holiday flat is located on the first floor of a well-kept house in quiet surroundings. The house is located just outside the town of Wiesmoor, directly on the Fehnkanal.
The property, with its own park (approx. 20,000 mÂČ), offers you plenty of space to linger. In the park there are two garden pavilions, garden loungers, several benches, a sunbathing lawn, water features, a sun terrace including a beach chair and a neighbouring fallow deer enclosure.
You will feel completely at home in the Sylt holiday flat! The particularly calming atmosphere created by the beeswax-treated wooden beams and sloping ceilings will also inspire you, you will feel as if you were in Denmark in a luxurious wooden house with every comfort.
In the flat there is a slightly larger bedroom with a 180cm x 200 cm double bed (with box spring mattresses) incl. wardrobe, 2 skylights incl. electrically operated external blinds and a safe, a slightly smaller bedroom with a 160cm x 200 cm double bed (for 1 person) incl. wardrobe, 1 skylight also incl. electrically operated external blinds.
A large living room with leather suite, TV system (LED TV incl. Sky TV) as well as a view of our private park and direct access to your large balcony including garden furniture and beach chair. Adjacent is the kitchen with everything you need.
The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a bathtub (with a view of the starry sky), a shower, two washbasins and a washing machine.
All other rooms have real wood parquet flooring.
So that it does not get too warm in the warm summer months, the flat is equipped with air conditioning.
Telephone, WLAN, Sky-TV are also standard.
The Ottermeer (bathing lake with sandy beach, tree boats, hiking trails etc.) is approx. two kilometres away. Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop about 600 metres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.
