Inside, the accommodation boasts approximately 90 mÂČ of living space, tastefully furnished to comfortably accommodate up to eight adults and one child. The highlight is the spacious living/dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a TV with DVD player, TV armchair and a large dining table. The adjoining kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and other modern appliances. On the upper floor you will find four inviting bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom that leaves nothing to be desired.
The outdoor area comprises a 900 mÂČ fenced plot with a lawn, a terrace with seating and a barbecue for cosy evenings. A total of three parking spaces are available on the property free of charge, and dogs are also very welcome here. A special highlight for smokers: smoking is permitted in the garden or on the terrace.
