It features a combined living and sleeping area equipped with a cozy corner sofa, armchair, and TV, along with direct access to a furnished balcony. The sleeping area includes a double bed (with 2 single mattresses 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. A separate bedroom offers a sofa bed (120x180 cm), a folding table, a wardrobe, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a dining area for four. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Shared amenities include a swimming pool and communal laundry facilities located in House D (payable). Guests may park in the underground garage and reach the apartment via elevator. A pet dog is welcome, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
