The holiday apartment AP1 is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in a new house with a lovely sea view where the beach is just few meters away.

The terrace is perfectly positioned, affording a breathtaking 180° view of the sea. On the terrace you can enjoy breakfast in the mornings or a candlelight dinner in the evening. Two sun loungers are also provided. There is also a private parking place which you can use and it is protected by a video surveillance system.

The apartment is modern and fully furnished. This apartment receives plenty of daylight and is situated on the ground floor of the House.
