Welcome to the "Claudia" holiday home in the picturesque holiday village of Rosental in Carinthia - whether hiking, cycling or swimming, you can start from the front door. Our cosy holiday home is nestled in the beautiful Austrian countryside and is the ideal base for exploring the southernmost province of Carinthia with all its facets. Comfort and idyllic tranquillity are combined here for an unforgettable holiday.
Inside, you will find comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. The ground floor has an inviting living and dining area with a cosy Swedish stove to keep you warm and cosy. A separate kitchen with high-quality fitted units is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and various kitchen appliances. Modern amenities such as WiFi and cable TV provide entertainment and comfort. Upstairs you will find three separate bedrooms, complemented by a modern bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area of the house is equally inviting. A beautifully manicured garden, surrounded by lush shrubs, provides a high level of privacy and features a charcoal barbecue and a covered terrace with a spacious table and comfortable chairs for relaxed al fresco dining. A retractable awning provides pleasant shade, while loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe.
The area surrounding the holiday home is a paradise for nature and sports lovers. The famous Carinthian lakes such as Lake Wörthersee, Lake MillstÀtter See and Lake Ossiacher See are just a few kilometres away and offer excellent conditions for swimming, sailing and water sports. The idyllic swimming pond right next to the holiday village invites you to refresh yourself. For cyclists, the Drau cycle path R1 leads past, while the surrounding mountains and forests invite you to go hiking and mountain biking. The nearby towns of Klagenfurt and Villach offer cultural and culinary experiences with their traditional dishes.
