Welcome to our charming holiday home in Monteneto, an idyllic part of Zambtaija, just 4 km from the bustling centre of Umag. This peaceful enclave is the perfect getaway for those who want to enjoy the beauty of nature while being close to urban amenities. Sharing a family house with two other similar units, our flat is an ideal choice for families, couples and anyone looking for peace and quiet in green surroundings.
The interior of the flat, located on the second top floor, is bright, air-conditioned and furnished with attention to detail. It offers a cosy bedroom with a double bed, bed linen provided, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with modern appliances such as a kettle, coffee machine, microwave and fridge, as well as a living area with a comfortable sofa bed that offers additional sleeping space for two people. The dining area, TV and free Wi-Fi internet connection complete the offer. From the living area, you can access the charming balcony, where you can relax with far-reaching sea views. The bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and mirror, hairdryer, bath towels provided two per person
The outdoor area is characterised by a large, carefully tended, shared garden. Here you will find a barbecue area and play facilities for children, providing the perfect setting for relaxing hours outdoors. The garden is fenced, which guarantees security and a private atmosphere. A private car park is available close to the house and offers space for up to four vehicles.
The surrounding area of Zambratija has a lot to offer: From the famous, well-equipped sandy beach, just 700 metres away, where you can rent sun loungers and parasols, to a selection of pebble and rocky beaches.
