Beautiful heritage , stone built and luxury decorated Villa HEAVEN No.2 is placed in village Muć Donji, near Split, in beautiful pine forest environment. Remote and isolated Villa is placed in very private area. Villa has 240m2, with fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms ( 75m2 + 20m2 ) and balcony. Plot around Villa has 3000 m2. In center part of plot there is a large heated swimming pool ( 10m x 4.3 m) that is offering swimming in +25 Celsius heated water temperature, from early April till late October. Pool is surrounded by large sun terrace with deck chairs and also by 2 large outdoor terraces with bar and garden furniture. Both terraces offer beautiful view on pool and mountain view . Villa has its private sports terrain on 550 m2, composed of : basketball court 140 m2, football court on 160 m2, bocce court, badminton & volley ball court plus small mini golf course . Also, there is separate playground for small children, placed in beautiful flower garden with lots of trees ,that is surrounding Villa . Villa is just outside of a village , mind and body relaxing with lots of privacy for our guests and lots of outdoor activities on site. 6 mountain bikes in Villa are free for use on more than 65 km of superb mountain bike/quad forest routes that are placed just next to Villa. Walks in forest are daily routine for our guests, mind and body relaxing in hot Summer days because of freshness that pine forest is offering. Place is just 30 min drive to Split and local beach. We offer our local food and vine for our guests.
Luxury Villa Heaven No. 2 has 3 floors. Ground floor is 75 m2 large living room ( Dalmatian stone/wood built "konoba") with luxury interior, large billiard table , luxury seating furniture , large flat TV and audio system plus eating table. It offers great place for all day/night fun & party for guests. There is a bathroom too on this floor. Villa has been fully renovated in 2018. On 1st. floor there are: large new fully equipped kitchen , 2 bedrooms , bathroom and living room. It has a fireplace for winter period and air condition for summer period. Large balcony ( 30 m2) on this floor offers an outside lounge seating set and large kitchen table so guests can have lunch on open space or just space to enjoy with view on the pool and environment around the house.
On 2nd floor there are 3 large bedrooms with beautiful view on the pool and near by forest area . There is an large bathroom too on this floor.
Villa offers all that guests need for nice , relaxed and very private vacation in forest environment of middle Dalmatia . All big cities in region ( Split, Šibenik , Kastela , Omiš , Trogir ... ) or rivers ( Krka , Cetina) are in 30 to 60 min drive , so guests can see all of them during the day rush and still have their own private luxury place for relaxation with family and friends by the large pool or in our "konoba".

On 2nd floor there are 3 large bedrooms and large bathroom with jacuzzi .

Just outside of village, near large pine forest , Villa offers great privacy and enjoyment. Villa is placed just next to mountain bike forest off road course, more than 22 km long. House is just 25min drive to Split, sea or river beaches. Villa offers all that guests need for nice, calmful and very private vacation in Dalmatian hinterland. All cities in middle Dalmatia are in 30 to 60 min drive so you can see all of them during the day rush and still have your own private luxury place for relaxation with family and friends by the large pool.

For small kids we have baby cot and chair. We advice our guests for local "must see" atractions, active excursions, rentals. We also can provide food and drinks on site with local specialties on menu. Pets and children are welcome. Bikes are free for guests. There is a billiard in a living room. On the plot there are badminton, volleyball and basketball court.
