A corner of paradise in which to find yourself and give space to your beloved is the strongest value transmitted by Mantegna, an enchanting 2-room apartment spread over 50 sqm, with a large garden of 60 overlooking the lake able to give you a breathtaking view. You can enjoy an equally spectacular panorama from the heated swimming pool with solarium, leaning forward to balance between air and water.
Outside, the garden is equipped with a brick barbecue, a relaxation table and two coordinated deck chairs with an electric sunshade that can cover the entire porch; inside in a shabby context the living room has a large fridge with freezer, built-in kitchen with induction cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and moka coffee, a sofa bed and a table with panoramic views from the large window; there is a washing machine. The master bedroom is well equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables and is characterized by the vivid blue of the wall behind the bed.
