This ground floor flat is located close to Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, only 45 minutes from the centre of Milan, in a quiet residential area.
The flat is equipped with heating and air conditioning. A set of towels consisting of two small, medium and large towels for every two people can be ordered on request.
The living area of 56 sqm is entirely on one level, as the flat is located on the ground floor of the villa. It has a separate entrance. It consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room. The living room is equipped with a three-seater sofa and a sofa bed for two persons, a large wardrobe and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen is also equipped with a small dining table for two or three persons, a dishwasher, a gas cooker, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer and sufficient crockery. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers and, if necessary, offers enough space for a cot. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. In the utility room you will conveniently find a hoover, an iron, an ironing board and a clothes horse.
A reserved parking space is available directly next to the property.
