Welcome to our newly renovated, bright and quiet holiday flat, which is ideal for 2-3 people and is located on the 1st floor in the tranquil Seglias district. This 2 1/2 room flat not only offers you a sheltered balcony and lift access, but also promises you a stay full of comfort and style.
Inside, you will find an open-plan kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob and an oven are at your disposal. The living room is furnished in cosy Engadine style with an inviting seating area, a pull-out sofa, an armchair, small set tables and a bookshelf - the ideal place to relax. The furnishings also include a flat-screen HD television, radio, CD player and WLAN Internet, the use of which is included in the price.
The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired: A grocery shop can be found directly in the neighbourhood, and your car can be parked safely in the underground car park. For activities outside the flat, the immediate vicinity offers cross-country skiing and hiking trails. You can also reach the public transport stop in just 5 minutes.
The surrounding area is a paradise for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. Hikes and mountain bike tours can be started right on the doorstep.
