The villa is located at the heart of Faliraki town and at the same time the property has fully privacy for its guests and in a quite area. The outdoor area is conisted by a beautiful pool with a large patio with sunloungers for guests to enjoy the sun, a fully equiped bbq and an outdoor shower.

The ground floor is about 105m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchen, dinning and living room is an open plan.
Two bedrooms have king size double bed with high quality matresses and the third room has 2 single beds. The villa provides a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as a lovely outdoor area and garden for guests to enjoy the sun by the newly built swimming pool and bbq.
