This beautiful, modern and Mediterranean holiday house is on an estate with private houses and villas.

On hot days you can cool off in the pool,who is without chlorine(electrolysis), in the beautiful and well-tended garden.

The ground floor consists of the following rooms: a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed, and next to it two bedrooms each with a double bed. Here there is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining corner, and there is a bathroom with a shower and bidet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower and another fully-equipped kitchen. Here there is also a living room with satellite TV, a stereo system and a pull-out sofa bed. The house is also big enough for two to three families, as it has four bedrooms (all with double beds), two showers and two kitchens. Fruit trees were planted on site and the lawn in between is suitable for playing ball games. Enjoy your morning coffee or your dinner on the roofed veranda.

Explore the beautiful surroundings and visit the many little localities in the inland area, such as Motovun, where the International Film Festival is held every year at the end of July, attracting many international visitors.It is also worth visiting the famous croatian beer/restoran San Servolo located near the villa.Meet the estate of Kozlovic winery know as the top 3 wines in croatia . It is also worth seeing Hum, considered the smallest town in the world. Drive along the wine route and try the tasty meat and fish specialities in one of the many restaurants, as well as the locally produced, delicious wines. You can also visit Poreč, the most well-known tourist town in Istria.
