Situated on a traffic-calmed street, just 200 metres from Lake Constance.
There are 30 steps, with a good handrail, up to the flat.
Inside the flat you will find an extensively equipped
kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and more, allowing you to easily prepare your favourite dishes.
A spacious living room with dining table, sofa and entertainment centre
Games and age-appropriate toys are also waiting for you in the apartment.
A shower room
Two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with balcony access and a flexible children's room, offer optimum comfort for your stay.
The outdoor area boasts an inviting, covered balcony, perfect for enjoying a sunny breakfast or relaxing in the evening.
For added convenience, there is a ground-floor cellar for the safe storage of bicycles or pushchairs.
A handcart and various outdoor games are available for your use.
