The property is a very spacious (450 square meters) authentic Pomeranian house, built in red brick at the end of the 19th century.The exterior and interior of the house has been completely renovated and decorated with original antique furniture, lamps, paintings and sculptures. The house is only 400 m from the beautiful sandy beach, the pine forest and the spectacular dunes. There are 6 bedrooms with modern quality beds, 6 bathrooms, a huge living room connected to the dining room and the kitchen. In the main living room there are sofas, chaiselongues, armchairs, fireplace, a piano, books, music and a TV with satellite channels. The other smaller living room upstairs has a sofa and armchairs for relaxing. In the house there are 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, showers, bidets, toilets, 2 bathrooms in the rooms (only bathtubs and sinks) and 2 separate toilets with sinks. All bathrooms are in white marble. Next to the house there is a small garden with seating, a swing and a barbecue. Near the house there is a nice sand playground for children, 2 local fish restaurants serving Baltic fish, which is brought directly from the fishing boats. The place is very quiet and safe. There is a road for bikers, which leads through the pine forest. There is WiFi and parking spaces in the property. If guests need more entertainment, they can find it 2 km away in the bigger village called Mielno.The house is fully equipped, the kitchen has everything, bedrooms with towels, bed linen and bathrobes. Attached to the house is a small garden with a nice sitting area, swing, a barbecue place. For the children there is a playground nicely arranged with a sand, just next to the house, Parents can see kids from the windows of the house.

The house is located in a very near distance ( approx 500 meters) from the wide sandy beach in Mielenko. it is a 5-10 minutes walk through the pine forest and beautiful dunes.A local attraction are also 2 great fish bars with terraces serving fish from the Baltic Sea.

For the disposition of the guests we have bikes, beach equipment like beds, umbrellas, paravans, blankets etc..In the house there is a piano, games for kids, books ...
