Two-room apartment on the ground floor in a private residence,by the pool,with a private terrace. Tourist resort,but flat located in a quiet and peaceful area,in the green of the olive trees.It is about 200 metres from the beach,where we have a partner structure with which we collaborate,and sunbeds and deckchairs are available free of charge with the sole cost of the drink.
Private terrace equipped with table,chairs and beach umbrella.Private swimming pool of the residence equipped with sunbeds,umbrellas and tables. Swing and wicker lounge at the entrance. Well-tended garden with flowers and pots.Possibility of free parking nearby
Double bedroom,single bed and fully equipped kitchen The ground floor, about 35 sq.m., consists of the following rooms: a living room and a bedroom (next to the living room) with a double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, coffee machine and dining area; and an adjoining bathroom with shower, hairdryer and sink. Room,kitchen and bathroom linen is provided.Every 4 days there is a complete cleaning and change.Furnishings in Greek oriental architecture.On request air conditioning,personal washing machine,breakfast,safe.
The sandy beach is about 200 metres away via a footpath and there are restaurants, market and bakery nearby.
A cot is available for small children. Assistance for trips,excursions and rent car.Private shuttle between airport/port and flat (on request).Free WIFI.
