This exclusive holiday villa is located only approximately a 15 minutes drive from Athens airport, about 28 minutes from the centre of Athens and only a few minutes from several beaches. It is a perfect place for vacation, relaxation or business. Enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the enchanting bay of Porto Rafti, or observe the starry sky during the night. Via the Attica road, it will take you only about half an hour to the capital and to the historical center of Athens, as well as to the largest port of the country, Piraeus.

The villa is surrounded by two large courtyards with a total area of 260 sq.m. The first courtyard features parking spaces and the second one a stone barbecue. At 20 km there is the Attica Zoological Park and right next to it, the largest discount village in Greece, McArthurGlen Athens. Athens and Piraeus are approximately 40 and 45 km from the Villa. In Athens you can visit the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, Monastiraki, Plaka and many other historical monuments, while from the port of Piraeus you can take a boat to the islands of Aegina, Salamina, Agistri, Poros, Hydra, etc. .
