The holiday flat is located in the southern part of East Frisia in Westoverledingen in the district of Flachsmeer at the end of a quiet residential area in a cul-de-sac.
Supermarkets with meat department, bakeries, Lidl, Tedi, restaurants and pizzeria are only a few minutes' walk away. Many hiking and cycling trails invite you to take leisurely walks and bike rides in the midst of nature. There are also several lakes for swimming and relaxing in the neighbourhood.
The town of Papenburg with its pedestrian zone and the famous Meyer shipyard is approx. 7 km from the holiday flat.
The town of Leer with its beautiful old town centre and pedestrian zone is approx. 12 km away.
