Freshly renovated in 2023, an oasis of peace awaits you, offering the ideal retreat from everyday life with its modern furnishings and charming ambience. The flat is located on the ground floor of a well-kept apartment block, surrounded by the idyllic countryside and yet in close proximity to the city.
Inside, the 45 square metre flat impresses with a tastefully furnished combined living and dining area including a fully equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom with a comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed ensures a good night's sleep, while the living area with a sofa bed with a spring mattress (140 x 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to 2 people. The bathroom is practically designed with a shower and WC.
Outside, a small terrace belonging to the flat with direct access and a view of the lovingly landscaped garden invites you to relax. Our guests are welcome to smoke here, while smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. The 3000 m2 property of the apartment block is a green oasis of peace that invites you to linger and enjoy.
