3 - The approx. 100mÂČ detached holiday home is quietly located in a cul-de-sac in Bad Sachsa, but still close to the centre. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.
On two floors you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday. The holiday home offers space for a total of six people.
On the ground floor you will find a guest WC, a large living and dining room with satellite TV and a separate kitchen with hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
The three bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and one has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). In the bedroom you will find a second TV with satellite connection.
There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
Internet access is available throughout the house via WLAN. Gas heating provides cosy warmth even on cooler days.
The large terrace and the fully fenced, approx. 700mÂČ garden complete the picture. There are four parking spaces available on the property.
ATTENTION: The additional costs (costs on site) such as final cleaning, dog, tourist tax, laundry package and deposit etc. must be transferred before the start of the holiday.
Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. In addition to a number of activities such as hiking and cycling, the surrounding area offers good conditions for anglers in particular. For example, in the fishing ponds between the river Uffe and the road to Wieda/Walkenried, in the Bad Sachsa horse pond near the Salztal-Paradies, in the Kranichteich fishing paradise in Bad Sachsa Neuhof or in the culturally and historically significant Walkenried pond landscape created by monks.
