Welcome to our exclusive holiday villa, located in the picturesque Helmholzstrasse - a quiet chestnut avenue in the immediate vicinity of the Heiligen See, Tiefer See and the lively city centre. This historic building from the Wilhelminian era promises a stay full of elegance and tranquillity, perfectly complemented by its proximity to the glamorous Marble Palace. An ideal retreat that fulfils the promise of relaxation and cultural experience in one.
Inside, you will find a thoughtfully designed holiday flat with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, built-in hob, ceramic hob, oven and washing machine. The cosy bathroom is complemented by a guest WC, and the bright rooms with impressive 3.50 m high ceilings are laid out with natural wooden flooring. The living room has a high-quality sofa bed for two people, while the bedroom has a cosy double bed. Throughout the flat, a very warm atmosphere ensures your well-being.
The outdoor area boasts a charming south-west-facing balcony, which invites you to linger in comfort and provides an excellent place to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. An associated car parking space directly at the house takes away any parking worries.
