This modern villa with pool is located on the edge of the village of Labinci, 8 km from the sea and 10 km from Poreč. Only 2-3 minutes drive away in Kaštelir there are numerous useful facilities, such as a grocery shop (only 500 m from the house), typical restaurants, coffee bars, agrotourism households and wine roads.
