This modern villa with pool is located on the edge of the village of Labinci, 8 km from the sea and 10 km from PoreÄ. Only 2-3 minutes drive away in KaĆĄtelir there are numerous useful facilities, such as a grocery shop (only 500 m from the house), typical restaurants, coffee bars, agrotourism households and wine roads. The nearest pebble beaches and sports and leisure facilities in the tourist resort of Lanterna are about 9 km away.
The house is situated in a fenced and landscaped garden of 1140 mÂČ, where guests have access to a 40 mÂČ pool, sun loungers, garden furniture, a covered terrace with seating and a barbecue. There are several parking spaces in the courtyard and a garage for two vehicles.
Villa Bincila Exclusive for 12 people with a total area of 350 mÂČ is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors and is ideal for several families. The rooms in the house are larger than average and on the ground floor of the house there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa. The living room leads directly to the terrace and pool, surrounded by greenery.
This beautiful villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor of the house and on the first floor there are: a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub/WC in the hallway and two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and exit to the balcony with beautiful panoramic sea views. A small living room is available to guests in the hallway. Pets are welcome.
