Owner does not live there. This wooden house with the wooden house BE-41 and BE-42 is very ideal for several groups who want to be together but also have a private life. If you don't feel like eating out in one of the many good restaurants, you can also barbecue in the garden. Lake Balaton is only a few minutes (150 metres) walk away.

Its first written mention in history dates back to the foundation charter of the Almádi Monastery in 1121. Count József Hunyady founded its bathing culture in 1881 with the establishment of a bathing colony. From that time onwards, thanks to continuous development, it became a favourite bathing place for those seeking relaxation and families with small children. In case of bad weather, they can visit the nearby spas of Hévíz and Zalakaros. For those who prefer excursions and nature, the view of the mountains on the northern shore, the tranquillity of Csicsergő Island, a visit to the church built in 1433 and the old house, a walk with a panoramic view from the vineyard, the red wines of the listed, reed-covered cellars provide an unforgettable experience.
